10 Ryohei vs Lussuria

The next day at night the battle for the Sun Ring would begin Jack was already waiting for the whole group at home as everyone arrived even Tsuna's father and Dino.

"How did you get the Vindice under your control?" asks Reborn confused to hear that Jack appeared with them to take control over the competition.

"They just know who is the boss around here. But we should talk about the competition since I will be the judge," says Jack as he was sitting on a chair back in normal clothes.

"So you really are going to judge us?" asks John confused.

"Yes, I want to see your improvement and being the judge gives me the opportunity to do it," says Jack.

"So you wanted to see how far they have improved," says Reborn as he could now understand why he wanted to be there but not why he wanted to be judge over the competition.

"You must be thinking why I want to be judge right," says Jack as he looks at Reborn as he continues, "It's pretty simple so the people don't kill their opponent by accident."

"It's a competition not a killing feast after all. John must have told you already that I'm one that normally kills his opponents," says Jack as everyone felt a shiver pass their spine.

"Ryohei you should prepare you will be the first to fight tomorrow. Also, you are allowed to take your shoes off when you are about to enter the battle. Can't let you fight handicapped after all," says Jack as Ryohei nods.

"Now then I need to teach Nesiara now you should all leave and train to fight your opponent in the next days," says Jack as he stands up and signals Nesiara to follow him.

The people begin to leave the house to train outside while Jack and Nesiara went down to the cellar. Once inside Jack disappeared and Nesiara was trapped in an illusion that she escaped easily. What she didn't know was that it was a triple-layered illusion that.

After freeing herself from the first illusion she sees Jack's back or at least it's the back she thought it was as she touches the shoulder of the person while saying, "Uncle you think a simple illusion will get me."

"Who is your uncle," says a rough voice as the person turns around and she only sees Reaper's mask as her hand passes through the shoulder as Reaper entered Wraith Form and takes both his shotguns out and begins to shoot at Nesiara.

"Who are you?" says Nesiara as she evaded the bullets by turning into her Wrath Form. They begin to shoot at each other.

"How is that possible?" asks Reaper as he sees Nesiara using his ability and weapon against him. They were fighting until Nesiara defeated the illusion before she appeared in another one this time it was a monkey that was sitting in front of her with almost the same armor as hers.

"And you are?" asks Nesiara seeing the monkey as it stood up and a staff appeared in its hand.

"Sun Wukong, your predecessor," says Wukong as he gets in position and says, "I'm here to test your worthiness."

"Then let's start," says Nesiara as she was still holding her guns and they begin to fight.

Nesiara was pushed back by Wukong as he didn't give her room to breathe as he followed each of his attacks like a flood that was taking a stone with it.

Then he picked a hair out and it turned into a clone and both began to attack her making it impossible for her to counter attack until Jack asks, 'Why haven't you used it yet?'

"Used what?" asks Nesiara back not knowing what he meant.

'You used it against Reaper but not against Wukong,' says Jack as he hinted that she could use her Wraith Form to escape the attacks.

"That wouldn't be fair," says Nesiara making Jack laugh.

'Life isn't fair, girl. Either you win or perish against your opponent. Everything is allowed in a fight the sooner you learn that the faster the restriction in your mind will disappear and I won't have to worry about you. Remember when you fought the guy in the mall. You could have used your guns but didn't use them and you almost died,' says Jack as Wukong was raining attacks on Nesiara that was evading or blocking with her shotguns.

"So you say I should give up on playing fair," says Nesiara angry.

'What I'm telling you is to survive. You won't be useful to anyone if you are dead,' says Jack angry back before saying, 'The enemy you will face in the future won't fight fair either and will use every means to get you under the ground. Hell, they tried it against me and I'm still standing because of luck. I don't want that to happen to you that's why I brought you here to train it out of you.'

"So everything is allowed in a fight?" asks Nesiara.

'Everything,' says Jack as it felt like a burden taken away from her as she begins to not dodge the attacks but let the staffs pass through her Wraith Form getting some room to finally attack as she was finally getting the upper hand in the fight.

She finished the clone of Wukong off before getting to the real one when another Wukong begins to applaud behind her and says, "You finally took me seriously. Too bad our time is up."

Wukong then faded away and Nesiara finds herself in the cellar and sees Jack in a circle sitting there waiting for her. She sits down in front of her and he stretches his hands towards her saying, "Do the same I do and don't break the connection even if it hurts."

She does as Jack said and both her hands were touching Jack's hand as suddenly she felt pain run through her hand up her arm until reaching her chest area and it began to spread through all of her body. She was holding the screams back but she was twitching the whole time from the pain.

Then the pain stopped and both let go and Jack says, "I will teach you the next days how to create illusions the best I can. I'm a bit rusty in it but I'm still good enough to fool Loki once in a while."

"We will begin with something simple," says Jack as he splits in two and then in four and all four says, "Try to concentrate in moving in two directions while concentrating in splitting in two."

Nesiara tries it and only makes an illusion that was almost disappearing again as it was walking making Jack laugh seeing that. Remembering his first try was perfect as he began to think, 'I must have been good in it because I got Loki's power directly from him while she got them from me.'

"You will need more practice but I think you will be able to use basic illusions before your round if you train every day," says Jack as he goes up with her again and then he sees John and says, "You will watch over her right."

"I will try what I can but who will watch over me?" asks John as both look behind Nesiara.

"She will," says Jack cryptic as he disappears.

"And gone," says John as Jack disappears before returning to train.

The next day at night Jack was waiting for both appear with both Cervellos already there and the wanted to see what Jack prepared. But when they saw nothing in the gym and ask, "Where are the two going to fight?"

"Just wait until they arrive and you will see," says Jack as both groups appeared and Jack says, "Welcome to the first match between both contestants for the Sun Ring. We will fight in a ring simulating to fight under the real sun."

Jack snaps his finger and a ring appears while a mini sun was over the ring and he continues, "Both contestants get into the ring."

Ryohei goes inside as well as Lussuria and feels the heat as if they were being cooked alive. Ryohei takes his shoes off and puts his boxing shoes and felt how light his body was right now after taking the shoes off.

Both go in position to begin to fight and they were already sweating just from standing in the ring when Jack says, "The one who has both halves of the ring wins or when someone can't continue fighting."

"Begin," says Jack and both rushed at each other as Jack summoned a chair to sit down.

Ryohei was fighting on the backfoot since he was adapting to fight on normal gravity making the Varia member smile as Lussuria was pushing Ryohei back.

Jack was looking at it and once Ryohei got a feeling for his body Jack smiled and one of the Cervello asks, "Why are you smiling? Isn't the one you trained losing."

"The match is over," says Jack as he takes shoes out of nowhere and gives them to the Cervello and says, "Put them on and tell me if you were one month using those shoes if you don't need time to adapt to your body again."

The Cervellos put the shoes on and they feel the gravity as one says, "How could he even move with those shoes?"

"Training," says Jack as he sees Ryohei go into the offensive as his fists were radiating in Sun Flames and he continues, "He started with lighter ones but I increased them by half every week. He needed to adjust his body and now he is going to win. I just hope that the other guy doesn't die."

Ryohei was now in the offensive. He attacked as the heat was dehydrating them. Making it easier to hit his punches as he still had stamina from all the training Jack had made him do.

He was mixing some hooks into his straights and jabs as he uses an uppercut to finish the fight and Lussuria wasn't moving as Jack makes the sun disappear and says, "We have a winner. Ryohei Sasagawa wins this round."

Jack appears in the ring and takes the half from Lussuria while healing him and throws to Ryohei the half of the ring and says, "Put both halves together and wear it with pride you earned it."

Then he puts his hand on the shoulder of Ryohei and says, "Also, put your shoes back on."

The Varia was leaving when Jack says, "Aren't you forgetting someone?"

"I don't need trash as my guardian," says Xanxus as he was leaving when Jack was triggered by this sentence as he appears in front of him.

"Boy it seems you aren't worthy to be a boss if you can't take care of your people," says Jack as he made Xanxus fall into an illusion for a second as he saw some glimpse of Jack's past making him shiver as Jack says, "You should take care of your men or you will never be a good man."

Jack then disappears from there as well as the arena and they hear a voice, "Tomorrow the Lightning Guardians will fight on the rooftop of the school. Don't be late."
