58 Love and Satisfaction

Xiao Lan's figure stood in front of the sleeping twins.

She looked at their delicate faces and found it hard to wake them up.

Hugging each other, the two slept in peace and happiness.

Maybe some people would find it annoying that the two were almost always together, touching each other or showing affection for each other.

However, those people don't know how it feels to miss each other for nine entire lives.

They also don't understand the blood bond between twins.

It is a well-known fact that deviations happen in case of an offspring between a brother and a sister. But that well-known fact applies to Asura Ryuu's past world. Whether that is true for the world where living beings can devour stars remains a mystery.

Asura Ryuu swore to himself that even if the world itself decides to disprove of their relationship, he will change it!

He will understand the fundamental laws behind the world!

If needed, he will even change them in order for the two to truly be together!!

For that very fact, Asura Ryuu was happy that his Soul Spirit is 'Avatar of Chaos'.

Even though the energy required for his advancement is enormous, Asura Ryuu will, nevertheless, still persevere and push forward. Because only when he has the power to change the world will he and Asura Tenka truly be able to get together in both, body and soul.

He has a long, loong way to go.

But he isn't afraid.

For her, he even gave up his divinity.

For him, she gave up her life and freedom.

What else is there to say? Even if the world itself stands between them, the two of them will still overcome that!

If world denies them, they will rebuild it!

Just as his thoughts were about to reach an apex, Asura Ryuu was overcome with a heavy feeling coming from above him. His twin gates to the black abyss guarded by the myriad crimson motes of light showed off to the world, madly absorbing all the light coming at them.

There, he saw a creature on top of himself.

The creature has black hair dangling in the direction of his face, resembling a pack of needles hanging above his head. If only there were more strands, instead of needles they would become a black waterfall.

Surrounded by the black hair was a pretty and cute face belonging to that creature. There were also two gates to her own abyss absorbing light, but they were also competing with Asura Ryuu's own gates to his own abyss at who would reach the other's abyss first.

Asura Ryuu lost.

However, he was happy that he lost.

She was his life, his happiness and his everything.

The creature was, naturally, Asura Tenka.

Xiao Lan wasn't there.

She called out once softly and Asura Tenka woke up. She told her to wake her brother up and come to the main room to eat. After that, they'll go to the Academy.

Asura Tenka saw a chance when nobody was around and naturally grasped it.

The two fell in each other's embrace and kissed.

That's as far as they can go for now.

And this was enough for both of them.

After an entire millennium of loneliness, they are together once again. How could they not enjoy each other's existence? The warmth of each other's skin, the gentleness in each other's eyes.

How could they not indulge in the love shooting off of their eyes?

How could they resist the temptation?

Finally, after so long...

After so long, they can touch each other again.

The only temporary trouble is that they need to hide from others. They don't know how this world works yet, after all. There's no need to risk it.

There is always a way. Even if others make trouble for them, Asura Tenka and Asura Ryuu can still care for each other in the Divine Plane, although they will have to endure the curious gazes of their Soul Spirits.

They wanted to have some alone time.

But others might misunderstand this sentence.

They only want the alone time to look at each other, to feel each other and touch each other. Nothing more and nothing less.

Kissing is merely a reward for their efforts.

Lan Yao and Xiao Lan sat at the table in the main room, which was full of different types of food.

At this moment, the door of the main room opened and the two children slightly higher than the door knob entered the room.

Asura Ryuu was a step behind Asura Tenka, gently combing her hair with burning love in his eyes.

The look in his eyes made the hearts of two ladies across melt.

Even the Frozen Heart Lan Yao felt a strange feeling of longing when she saw Asura Ryuu's eyes.

Only when Asura Ryuu noticed the aura in the room turning strange did he realize that he wasn't restraining himself. With the grade of his Divine-Level Spirit Energy, nobody below his level could resist the influence of his subconsciousness.

Only Asura Tenka, who was close enough to reaching his qualitative level, wasn't easily influenced by him.

The two Elder Sisters sitting at the table felt strange in their hearts.

Asura Ryuu and Asura Tenka were already sitting at the table even before the two women regained their senses. Looking at them eyeing the food like hungry wolves, the two smiled and recalled the nicknames they've given them yesterday.

Xiao Lan: "Little Abyss, Little Glutton. Eat to your heart's content. Everything here is for you!"

Lan Yao added even before the two could ask anything: "We don't need food, don't worry about us. Just eat and fill up your bellies, today will be a very special day for you two. You can't go to the Academy on the empty stomach or people would think our Academy doesn't treat its students well."

Asura Ryuu and Asura Tenka looked at each other with an "Awesome!" childish expression radiating from their eyes, but hidden beneath it was affection and love that the other two couldn't see even if they tried.

Little Abyss and Little Glutton started devouring everything with a speed worthy of their nicknames. In half an hour the entire ten-meter-long table was emptied and the two had satisfied looks etched on their faces.

After resting a while, Xiao Lan took Asura Ryuu just like before while Lan Yao took Asura Tenka and the four flew down to the shore of the big lake, where the stone platform with various gates was located.

Flying through one of the gates, the four silhouettes disappeared, and the place regained its usual calm.
