Chapter 1presidential deal...

The Nigerian president Buhari Mohammadu visited Whitehouse."We need neutral weapons for war and also some of your soldiers."

"I have soldiers who will be willing to help your country. Right now, I have people here at the lab very adapt at extracting user information and whereabouts from the Web."

"The boko haram and the Fulani herdsmen are causing a lot of problems in my country. Terrorism has increased. I don't think I have control over my country again."

"I will need two of your best scientists to come here. They will be very helpful to us."

"I will make arra..."

"Don't bother yourself. I will take the liberty of sending a plane to them. It will be in Nigeria in less than five hours, if you don't mind."

"Oh, I don't mind. That's needful and helpful. Thanks a lot."

"This is a petty issue which would be tackled immediately. Our scientists produce miracles daily."

"But what strategy will your soldiers be using?"

"The strategy is for the scientists. As for my soldiers, they will just follow instructions. That's why I need your best scientists."

"Are you sure they will be able to help? We need the location of the terrorists and their strategic location."

"My dear friend, science tells us that scientists are naturally born hackers. Is there anything your men know concerning the terrorists?"

"They had once found their location. The terrorists are threatening Nigerian's. They claim an ancient brotherhood is them and is giving them support. This ancient brotherhood according to my men are barbarians. They are Illuminati."

"Illuminati? Impossible!" Joe coughed and wiped his mouth on a white handkerchief, as he fixed his dead gray eyes on Buhari.

"Mr. Joe, my men are learned. They can't be lying to me." Buhari's face was expressionless.

Joe tried to focus . Despite the madness around him, his first reaction was logical. Buhari was making assumptions. Impossible assumptions.

"The Illuminati are defunct, Mr. Buhari. I stand by that. Maybe it's another cult or something.

"Why can't it be the Illuminati?"

"Illuminati are not terrorists?"

"Lies."

Joe felt a pang of Truth in his answer. There had to be another explanation.

Again, Joe forced himself to consider the implausible. If the Illuminati were still active and if they were terrorising Nigerians, what would be their intention? What would be their target?

The answer furnished by his brain was instantaneous. Joe dismissed it just as fast as he could. True, the Illuminati had an obvious enemy but a wide-scale terrorists attack against that enemy was inconceivable. It was entirely out of character. Yes, the Illuminati had killed people but individuals, carefully conscripted targets. Mass destruction was somehow heavy-handed.

Then again Joe thought, there must be a logical explanation other than terrorists. The Illuminati had always wielded tremendous power through financial means they controlled banks. They owned gold bullion. They were even rumored to possess the single most valued gem on earth - the Illuminati diamond, a flawless diamond of enormous proportions.

"What would the Illuminati gain by doing this?" Joe asked, looking incredulous.

"Power, more game, authority. They have already invaded my country," Buhari said looking more perplexed than ever.

"It still does not make sense. They could have done it to any other country. Why is it your country?"

"Because they have a target. They have someone in my country who has the same goal as them."

"The Illuminati can't be trusted. If they have truly risen then bear in mind, they are more deadly than ever."

"I have a proposal for you," Buhari said.

"Go ahead," Joe said.

"Take a look at this," Buhari said, passing him a file.

Joe studied it. "A nice deal, Mr. Buhari.

Where do I sign in?"

Buhari showed him. Joe signed. Buhari signed too. He brought out his hand for a hand shake.

"Deal", Joe said.
