1 Chapter 1 The Beginning

In the early days of human kind monsters, far more fierce than any animal, roamed the planet. Then the sky went pitch black from the darkest clouds to have ever existed emerged a beast far larger than any monster it was a large serpent with no legs and wings, and from its dark grey scaled body was 6 heads of wich 5 were the exact same smokey grey color as the body, but the head in the middle was smooth and was the darkest black to have ever been viewed by mortals. Each head viewed dominant display of power with each head able to control and breathe one element, from left to right, they controlled water, acid, poison, and lightning, except the middle it controlled all five elements. it was said that for every head cut off of this beast, 2 more would grow in its place each having less control than the original but still being incredibly powerful, but the middle head was different yet again, it was said there was no blade that could pierce it's skin. Then Heracles was born, the man had killed his wife and sons while being manipulated by Hera, killed the Namean lion, cleaned the Agean bulls stables, had slain the great boar, conquered the guard dog of the underworld, and slayed the fire-breathing bull that was the father to the minotaur. This great hero would be the first to slay the king of serpents, the hydra, he cut off each head and cauterized each one so they wouldn't grow back, till all that was left was the oh so special middle head. he had swung his sword hard enough to slay a god, but the sword broke on it's neck, so with no other options he jumped on the back of the terrifying monster and strangled it to death. his task complete he dipped his arrows in the blood of the beast and left. The gods were respectful of the beasts power, and so it was given on of the best honors the gods could bestow, a place in the stars. This may have been the end of the hydra but not it's species, before heracles had slain the mighty beast it shape-shifted into a handsome man and had children with it's beloved wife and many mistresses, thus starting a long line of hydraborn in wich, our story will focus on the last, and most powerful of the children the only one birthed from the wife, this child was granted the illustrious title of hydraking.
