[Raiding the Library!]
I kept an eye out for the proficiency bar as I flew around the ground… after a few laps around the ground as a warmup, I started to do basic chaser drills… I look at the interface and notice that the current time was also shown there… Realizing that it is rather late and almost time for breakfast I leave the ground and place my broom back on its place…
I rush back to the dining hall, I always felt like the hallway of the Greengrass manor was a little too grand… There was a red carpet beneath covering the whole way with heads of various magical beasts hunted by their ancestors, lining the hallway along with a massive skeleton of a dragon at the end right above the entrance to the main wing of the manor seemingly glaring and assessing everyone who passes…
I turn right into the first room and notice everyone already sitting there waiting for me…
'Oops!'
"Morning Daniel!" I try to push aside my being late as a minor issue and sit down in my seat to the left of him… Daphne was sitting in front of me and giving me an amused look… her face screamed of a noble lineage, she had high cheekbones, grey eyes, almost silvery-blond hair, her lips almost had a natural pout on them and she was dressed like a princess in her dark green robes… Astoria was sitting to my right, she looked like a carbon copy of Daphne but with a mischievous look in her eyes…
"You were late once again Alex!" Even though Daniel seemed to have ignored my cheeky attempt to let my late arrival pass by, the queen of the house apparently had other ideas…
'If I want anything in my ideal women… then it's those knockers...'
She had a huge pair of breasts on her frame along with exotic dark black hair…
'Maybe I should answer her rather than staring at her breasts...'
"A..hem... Well, I just fancied a lap around the ground early in the morning… exercise is good for the body right!" I have known her all my life and knowing what a Ravenclaw she was, she won't be able to deny my statement…
She narrowed her eyes and clamped her lips as Tori snickered beside me… That got her attention away from me as she started to berate Tori on her table manners… or lack off…
I turn towards Daniel who was reading the Daily Prophet… "Daniel, can I go to the family library today!"
!!!
There was pin-drop silence around the table as everyone stared at me… the look of shock and betrayal on Tori's face was rather amusing but I couldn't help but feel a little hurt…
"You, Alex Fawley, want to go to the library...did you hurt your head while doing your little warmup exercise?"
I pout a little as I say, "You don't need to say it with that much astonishment on your face… I just think that since I have to go to Hogwarts soon, maybe it is time to brush up some things..."
'Geez, stop giving me that look, Tori, we'll prank Daphne later...'
Daniel still gave me a spectacle look as he nodded and said, "Well alright if you say so… remember the rule no pranks inside the library or you are grounded understood… just go there with Daphne later..." He then turned to give Daphne a look and went back to his newspaper…
'Stop muttering about rare occurrences, everybody can hear you… alright! It's decided Daniel is getting pranked after Daphne...'

'Where do I even begin...'
A new notification was blinking as I was staring at the huge collection of books for a while… I focus on the blinking icon at the corner of a vision and a smaller interface this time appears in front of me…

I stared at the book in front of me…
'What… that's how I got the skill right… maybe saying it out loud?'
"Inspect..."
Daphne gave me a curious stare… she was sitting on the desk nearby reading a very old tomoe… A new interface appeared, this time directly in front of my vision…

I started to Inspect and as I continued to spam Inspect on every book present in the first bookshelf…
"You know if you want to learn something you should start with the beginner bookshelf and the course books..."
Daphne chimed in with her two cents as she pointed a bookshelf to me… I glare at her but still moved towards the bookshelf and whisper… "Inspect"

I pick up the book and sit down in front of Daphne…

I came out of the library with my head buzzing with information with a surprised Daphne coming behind me… I went to my room and place the book by my bedside table and fall down on the bed…
"KYAAAA!!!"
I heard Daphne's scream coming from her room and a smirk made its way across my face…
'Heh! Good job Tori...'
I jump off my bed and rush to see Daphne's reaction…
'...'
