Blue Fire Salamander II

The three companions continued to observe the battle from a distance. The blue fire salamander was being encircled by the other two salamanders carefully. They didn’t act recklessly just to end like their deceased friend. Yet, for whatever reason, they didn’t try to run away either.

The blue salamander, caught between the other two, kept an eye on both. It was somewhat larger than the other two, and also more powerful, but it didn’t get complacent just because of it.

The Blue Fire Salamander had experienced countless battle and knew that even a giant can fall to an insect if it became careless. Therefore, the mighty beast also spun slowly in its place, keeping his sharp eyes on his two enemies. This stalemate continued for a while, neither side wanting to be the first to make a move.
