75 [Council Meeting! Part-1]
'...shit! How am I supposed to tell this without revealing my Sharingan...'
Tsunade-sama was talking to the ANBU commander, "... Just get the security and patrols to the highest level and search if anything's missing… also close the village gates, no one is allowed to enter or leave the village..."
She then turned to me and said, "Do you have any idea about who it was?" It was my first time seeing her dead serious about anything, and she cut an impressive figure giving orders and controlling stuff…
"Yes, Hokage-sama, I am positive about he was a member of the same organization as Itachi and Kisame..."
Her eyes widened and the ANBU commander flashed through signs indicating the ANBU around them to pass on the message… Tsunade-sama ordered, "Get me Kakashi and Jiraya here now, call the Shinobi council..."
'Well… shit is about to hit the fan...'

'The cavalry is here...'
The room was circular right below the Hokage office, with Hokage's chair arranged at the edge of the room and the front space divided into 2 sections, on one side various clan heads and High-Jounin's were already sitting while the other side was empty and belonged to civilian council…

I let that statement hang and then continued, "... for those who do not know, I am a chakra sensor, and the part of his chest where my spike was aimed just vanished from my senses while the rest of his body was still present… he also had a doujutsu and while leaving he just vanished from my senses like he wasn't there..."
Everyone was stunned at the weird scenarios before Shikaku-san asked, "...why was he in your room though?"
"Right..." I look towards Tsunade-sama and she nodded her head, "...Itachi Uchiha and Kisame Hoshigaki infiltrated the village a month back, Kakashi-san, Kurenai-sensei, Asuma-sensei, and me confronted them, and during that interaction, I managed to cut off and seal Kisame's arm and sword into a scroll… I think he was here for that..."
Shikaku-san nodded while Ibiki-san said, "But why a month late? If he has the powers to enter and leave freely..." Before I could say anything Shikaku-san answered, "because he wanted information, on both Konoha and Tobi-kun here..." He looked deep in thought as he continued saying, "...so he was the one who kidnapped Kabuto, the spy in order to obtain information about Tobi-kun here..." after that he kept muttering about scenarios and dismissing them while the rest of them turned to me…
'Guess this is normal...'
No one seemed to notice his muttering before Tsunade-sama said, "So we have a rogue-nin out there, who can infiltrate our village at any time without any notice..." Shikaku-san then asked, "Why did he leave? I can think of multiple scenarios according to which he leaves without harming you, but in almost all of them the reason is that either this was a distraction to saturate our forces into specific regions… or that he gave you a task to complete leveraging on the fact that he could kill your loved ones anytime… and also can you confirm if the doujutsu was Sharingan or Byakugan?"
'...that's Shika's old man alright… I guess I'll have to come clean about the Sharingan here...'
"Yes, it was a Sharingan, Tsunade-sama you won't have to worry about him coming back..." My statement caught all of them off guard, so I continued, "Since Kakashi-san is the only one here..."
I turn towards him and ask, "Kakashi-san, how much you know about the Sharingan… we all know the basics but what do you know about the stage above the three tomoe Sharingan..."
Most of them looked confused but I could sense Danzo staring at me… 'I can't take you down now but I'll come for you soon...'
Kakashi-san gave me a weird look before saying, "I have heard rumors about the stage above the normal Sharingan, called the Mangekyou Sharingan, But Itachi actually used it in our latest encounter, it was an unbreakable genjutsu in which he could torture the target for days in a matter of seconds..."
While everyone was focusing on Kakashi-san's explanation Shikaku-san figured something out and said, "You're an Uchiha..."
Kakashi-san also seemed to have figured it out but everyone else seemed to be looking at me in shock, I let a steady stream of chakra flow into my eyes, as everyone stared at the three tomoe's in my Sharingan spinning I said, "Yes, you are right Shikaku-san, and the Technique Kakashi-san mentioned is called Tsukuyomi, one of the most powerful genjutsu that can alter the perception of time for the target in a world that is in control of the caster..." I pushed more chakra into my eyes and the Tomoe's in my right eye spun faster and transformed into a triangular perimeter around my pupil… my left eye on the other hand kept its original three tomoe shape…
"This is my Mangekyou Sharingan, in my right eye I awakened the same power as Itachi, the Tsukuyomi, on my left eye, however, I awakened another genjutsu called, Katoamatsukami..." I let everyone come to terms with the information I dumped on them while most of them were staring at my right eye in fascination…
It was Hiashi-san this time who asked, "what does it do?"
I looked at everyone present and then said, "It is one of the most powerful genjutsu available to a Mangekyou user… It can place a subtle illusion at the back of the target's mind and tempers with their memory and experience in order to make sure that the command given by the caster is executed..."
