A bug in the system

"Lord, this human's interference with the system is very high and abnormal. I am certain that it is a bug in the system," the voice echoed through the halls.

"After 1283 years, this has happened again," the lord responded.

"Louis, go and fix the bug. After Conda left us, we are short on personnel and I can only rely on you to fix bugs properly," the lord commanded.

"As you command, my lord. I will leave immediately," Louis replied with a bow.

"Take your assistant and teach her to do this kind of work so that the next time, you can send her," the lord instructed.

"You are given five years. If you can't find the bug, terminate that human's soul," the lord said.

"As you wish, my lord," Louis said, with a deep sense of responsibility.

In Safeland, there was a boy named Jack. The city was named Safeland because it was under the protection of the ability users.

Today is March 17th, 2274. In the timeline of Earth in 2022, the Ukraine and Russia war broke out. In the year of 2025, NATO joined the war. It lasted for nine years until 2030 when both parties came to a peace agreement. But that was the worst betrayal in history. America and the NATO countries launched atomic bombs at Russia. However, Russia had an automatic-anti-nuclear-invention system, which triggered the start of a nuclear war. Most of the survivors were ability users. it has been 200 years since then, but people are trapped in the Safeland.

There was a 0.01% chance that an ability user's child may not be an ability user. Those children were considered as trash by the people. Jack was one of them. His life could be considered a living hell. He was a high school student who got bullied every day. His parents were disappointed in him, and at that time, only his teacher Jessica took care of him. He thought for sure that his teacher loved him. He developed a crush on her.

Today he took all of his courage and confessed to her and got rejected. On his way home, he saw his teacher going to a cafe with another man, holding hands. He couldn't believe his eyes. His heart was about to break. He was in the middle of the road, and it was like the world just stopped for him. At that moment, a truck hit him and he died.

"Let's take this human's body," a voice whispered in the darkness.
