We were in front of the living room's door—which was closed.

The door was simple, it was just a wooden door with some designs engraved into it.

Inside it was Emma and Osiric's mother, as we could hear their voice from outside – though, we couldn't understand anything they were saying.

If we wanted to we could, again, not suppress our senses; but doing that was annoying and, again, I didn't want to be bombarded with useless information, like how the insects, air, light, flow, mana, life were doing in a 100m radius.

Osiric then opened to door and went inside it. Seeing him enter, I followed him into the room.

When I entered the room, I looked around.

There wasn't anything that I would call out of ordinary. There was some furniture – all of which cost like 10-50 silver.

The floor was simply made out of some ent wood, which was as strong and hard as iron. It was the most expensive part of the room - but even this entire floor would only cost like 1-2 gold.

Covering it was some carpet. It was pretty simple in design, in total, probably costs 40 silver at maximum.

And looking up, I could find a strip of magical light, the same kind in Osiric's room.

There were some windows on the side, about 2 of them, each on one side of the room. The windows were big and some thin curtains were covering them.

Some pictures of the landscape were hanged on the walls, there were some plants, as well. And more decorations - all of which costed about 1-5 silver.

There was a small table in the middle where people could keep their stuff. There was a magical heater that looked more like a fireplace than a heater, as this world did have those modern heaters.

There were three couches, with one being bigger than the rest.

Those three surrounded the small table. The heater was on the side where there was no couch.

All in all, this room gave a modern-medieval feel – with the medieval feel being slightly stronger.

'Well, that's summoning for you. I thought about how technology was passed because of the summoning.

Then I looked at the two people who were sitting side-by-side on the big couch, Emma and Osiric's mother.

I then looked at the table, right in front of Emma and Osiric's mother. There was a book sitting on it.

'What were they looking at?' I was a little confused.

They were looking at us in surprise; but more than that, they were looking at me, confused. Osiric quickly spotted it, so, he then turned towards me.

I probably knew why they were looking at me with confusion.

"What? Tyler you have an aura surrounding you." Osiric said, surprised, but mostly, confused.

He then gathered his thoughts together and finally knew the reason, "Are you really that excited about raids?"

"Yeah!" I answered, my voice oozing excitement.

"Oh." Emma said to herself.

She understood the reason for the excited mana surrounding me. After all, she knew my love for raids first hand.

On the other hand, Osiric's mother was still confused, "Raids? ...wait, you aren't telling me that all of you are going to be doing a raid next month?"

I then replied, "Yeah, is there any problems?"

I didn't want there to be any problems for Osiric, as I didn't want to force him into it – I didn't like raids that much.

But I didn't worry about Emma, as she also liked raids – not as much as me, but still liked them – plus, I was confident in my "negotiation" skills.

"Oh, no, there aren't any problems. It was just surprising to hear that you are all going to a raid after a month. After all, you had just been promoted to F-rankers yesterday." she said, a little bit of surprise mixed into her voice.

Hearing that, I breathed a sigh of relief. After all, I really wanted to do the raid.

"Well, you seem quite happy." Osiric whispered to me. I mean, it was pretty easy to notice, even a normal person could notice it.

I chose to ignore and went to sit next to Emma, to see what she and Osiric's mother were looking at.

Sitting next to her gave me a better look at the book they were looking at; it was a photo album.

In it were pictures of Osiric still as handsome and ripped as he was now – there was a picture of him diving in a lake.

I wasn't that surprised by it considering Rind.

"This is amazing, isn't it?" Emma asked me.

I nodded, "Yeah, it is." I was actually interested in those pictures.

Osiric ignored it and quickly went up to his mom and sat next to her, and asked, "Do you know where Mr. Rind is?"

Hearing that, I also tried to find him – it was pretty useless. I also remembered that I hadn't heard Rind when we were coming down.

"Yeah, where is he. Didn't he come down at the same time as Emma?" I added.

I mean, after we had came out of Rind's world, Emma and Rind had immediately gone down. Leaving us as me and Osiric wanted to stretch a little.

"Rind had said that he was going back to his home. He also said that we should probably go to meet him at 1 o'clock." Emma answered.

"Oh." Osiric said.

"What, he just left?" I asked Emma.

"Pretty much." she answered.

I nodded and said ok.

Since Osiric's mother was talking with Osiric. I turned the page on the book, wanting to see the previous photos.

"Hey! I was looking at it!" Emma said.

"Sorry, but I want to see the previous pictures." I replied.

Emma was dissatisfied as she heard that.

And then, suddenly, as if a streak of electricity ran through our bodies. Our brains "connected". We were connected to each other on a spiritual level.

It was very weird, but, thankfully or sadly – depends on how you look at it, this wasn't the first time we had this connection. Actually, we had this a lot – especially if there was something we both were interested in.

Due to the connection, we knew exactly what each of us were thinking. We looked at each other, a shit-eating grin plastered to both of our faces, and nodded.

'Must be due to us literally having the same personalities.' I thought to myself as I enjoyed looking at Osiric when he was a child – I was sure that this isn't weird by any means.

It was very surprising, after all, the image they had built of Osiric could easily be described by the word 'mature'. Considering his calm and cool aura. I knew that deep inside he was pretty much the same as us - and he knew the same about us, as well.

"Well, this breaks the illusion, doesn't it." Emma said quietly to me.

"Yep." I nodded, as we turned the page. Slowly burning the images into our eyes.

It was weird, but we didn't care.

And while we were busy being absolute creeps and borderline pedophiles; Osiric and his mother went out of the room.

Osiric probably wanted to have some free time with his mother.

And seeing us being this concentrated on his childhood pictures. He probably wanted to leave the room, as he didn't want to disturb us and because he felt very weird, I mean very weird!

"Whoa, Osiric was still this handsome, even though he was like, what, 7." I said as I looked through Osiric's childhood pictures.

"Yeah." Emma agreed.

Osiric was handsome, very handsome; even someone like me, who was like a 9/10, would look "ugly" compared to him.

"Yeah, it is kind of weird that no girls were asking him out." Emma said to me.

"Yeah, it is..." and then, I had a sudden streak of depressing knowledge flowed through my entire mind.

It was the same with Emma.

Thanks to it, we were now pretty sad and depressed.

'It's us, isn't it. It was true that he had been deemed weird in this village, but thanks to us, he was also called weird in Libert.'

And not only that, but we were also sad that he was called weird. He was actually a chill guy and would be calm in most, if not, all situations.

To add insult to injury he didn't mind it that much, but, that was only a façade - he was as depressed as us from the names.

'Thinking and being depressed is not going to do anything about it!' I then quickly started to think of other things.

I, no, we didn't want to dwell on this situation too much, after all, I didn't want to have a sympathetic face in front of Osiric.

That was one of the best ways to create an awkward atmosphere between us.

'Wait... Oh shit! I completely forgot about it!' I then turned towards Emma, "Sorry, but I have to go."

"Ok, but why?" she asked a little sad that she couldn't share her joy, but she was mostly confused.

"I want to talk to Dave, do you know where he is?" I asked her, a little hurried.

"I don't, but he did say that he was going to go out and explore." Emma answered, "You should find him outside, I think."

I nodded and thanked her.

I then quickly went to the door, "Well then, see you later." I said to her.

"See you later." she replied.

I then opened the door and went outside, and then closed the door and started getting ready to get out – which was only preparing myself for social interaction, it only took me 1 millisecond.

'It shouldn't be that hard.' I then started walking towards the exit, I was also excited since I wanted to explore the village.

I couldn't do it that much when we had came to the village, as we were searching for Osiric's house.
