"Seriously," I said to myself, "this increase is just for getting a class."

"Emma, does your status also have a massive increase?" I asked Emma who was sitting right next to me.

I couldn't use appraisal on her as I did on the king, since appraisal blocks each other out.

"Yes, I had 15 in everything before. But now, I have 40s in every stat and all my skills are level 2." she replied.

"Class change gives a huge boost in stats and even levels up skills for free, leveling increases skill level and stats. You can also increase your stats and skills manually, but they take a long time; that's also the reason for my royal level stats and skills." Os answered.

In this world, nobles and royals don't only have more power and wealth; but they are stronger as well. For example; an average person in our world or a commoner in this world would have 10s in their stats and will have level 1 skills, a noble would have more than 30s in their stats and will have level 2 skills, and finally, royals would have about 50-90s in their stats and have level 3 skills.

The only people who can have higher stats than royal naturally are otherworlders; they can have 90-150s in their stats and level 4 skills. This makes us quite weak for an otherworlder; we actually were disappointed a little bit when we heard that we were so weak.

Os had quickly cheered us up by saying that laws are almost impossible to obtain, even for otherworlders, so we would get stronger in the future.

"Os, how much stats do you get when you level up?" I asked, a little curious about it.

"There isn't a fixed amount; the stats you gain are based on your talent." Os answered, "If I had to guess… It's probably about 15-20."

I got a little curious about how much stat Os would gain per level, but before I could ask, Emma asked him, "How much stat do you get per level."

"18 stat per level," Os answered, "Oh! I forgot; you gain like 2-3 stat increase in your main stat if you level up. For example; I have the class swordsman, my main stats are strength and agility so I get +2-3 increase in them per level, those stats are also separate from the stat points you gain for leveling up; so I can increase my main stats by about 20-21 per level."

"You have the title skill 'Otherworlder', right?" he asked us.

"Yeah, why?" I replied.

"That title skill doubles your separate stat gain and will maximize that gain; so you will always gain +6 in your stat." Os responded, "Also, it applies to all your stat."

That was quite broken, I was pretty happy about it. If we have a passive +6 stat increase per level and can add +15-20, then we will be able to easily bridge the gap between us and Os. I was ready to join the adventurer's guild.

I looked outside the carriage, "So, is that the city we are going to?" I asked.

"Yes, that's one of the biggest cities in Mercxus, Libert." Os answered, "That's where we will join the adventurer's guild and level up for the next 6 months."

Emma and I had a massive grin plastered to our faces, after sitting through that boring lecture, where even Os had fallen asleep. We had to been asked by the king to go to different cities to become an adventurer, the king gave us 5 options – they were all massive cities – those options were: Libert, Rise, Fir, Drax, and Igrux.

Most of our classmates had chosen Libert and Igrux, so we asked Os which city was better. He had answered Libert so we were going there on the carriage prepared by the king himself.

"Os, what are legendary skills?" Emma asked Os, I was also curious so I turned to listen to him.

"Legendary skills are well, legendary skills. They are rare or almost impossible to get, but they are worth the trouble. They are very strong skills that can easily make a person 10x stronger, sometimes even 30x more. You should have two, but except 'Appraisal' the other is locked. The lock will go away once you reach D-rank." he answered.

"Thank you." Emma thanked him, she had a little smile because of how broken legendaries were.

We were coming near the city so I told all them both, "We are arriving at the city pretty soon."

Emma quickly looked outside the window of the carriage; she saw the city and quickly sat in her place.

"It's going to fun, isn't Tyler?" she asked me.

"Yeah." I answered.
