7.Imperial Road Appears, Chosen By The Third Ranked Legendary Sword

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Three consecutive earth shattering noises ran throughout the world just as Von was about to give Lir the Oceanic Queen her first orders. Immediately they both looked up to the sky ,as they turned their heads to the sky almost everyone in the entire world did the same thing.

What appeared in the sky was the foreshadowing of the opening of the Imperial Road. The first image to occur was an Ancient Battlefield ,followed by the Godking Investiture world. Lastly what appeared was a huge floating island ,Ascending Arena.

At this instant no matter were they were all the genius spread across the realms felt their blood boil and unintentionally their aura's surged to the sky .Their aura's surged to the sky and joined together forming a huge momentum, waves surged, winds howled ,clouds formed and the world darkened accompanied by the rumbling of lightning in the sky.

All this occurred for a split second before it all vanished, the phantom images in the sky also faded away but the image of the Ancient Battlefield did not completely disappear and remained blurred in the sky. It appeared as if it will come into being in a few years. Von immediately opened his Dao eyes to calculate the time it will take to manifest into the world which he found to be at most four years.

The appearance of the Imperial road brought about a rush into the world. Each and every individual was thrown into a frenzy as it signified the coming of a brand new golden era. Heavens pride genius's all across the world vowed to make this brand new era theirs, all sects, clans either hidden or already into the world started to open their treasuries to give resources to their chosen geniuses.

The commotion caused by the heavens phenomena lead to a huge commotion as immediately across the world, aura's surged and voices rang throughout the world as clans, sects and hidden families announced their coming into being in this brand new era. Also as long as a person was sensitive to the qi or immortal essence in the world could slowly feel its increase.

"This is my era!!". Rumble~

"I don't care whether you are a genius, heavens pride, crouching tiger or hidden dragons nor phoenixes all of you better crawl to the side lest i cut you all down!!". Rumble~ Rumbles~

As Von proclaimed all these his aura uncontrollably surged and a sharp yet desolate aura emerged. The space around him was cut into two ,though this was happening to Von he was unaware as went into a trance. Von immersed himself into this new world as he absorbed all the mysteries surrounding the dao.

He took a step forward and his aura surged again, the second ,the third and when he reached the eighth step his aura no longer surged but rather converged towards him and appeared as if though it forms a single line ,when this happened the sky was cut in two and the void similarly cut in two. When he took the ninth step a thousand meter sword appeared behind him ,yes he formed his sword soul. Surprisingly the thousand meter sword crumbled and formed a finger sized soul similar to Von holding a miniature sword and was no longer a sword.

"Since i am the sword and the sword is me ,then my sword soul shall be me and slowly grow with me. My sword dao shall be the the Absolute Cut dao." Proclaimed Von as he drew more insights into the sword dao.

The Oceanic Queen Lir stood there frozen on the spot, as the the words she heard rang again and again in her head. Her face had a stun expression with her small mouth forming an 'o' shape. She awoke from her stupor when she sensed the aura that seemed to cut her in two and immediately used her own qi to form a barrier around her.

The aura around Von slowly receded into his body as he awoke from his trance. When Von awoke a trace of sword qi cut through the sky from afar as it pierced between his eyebrows. When Von read the information contained in the sword qi stood there in a daze with a startled expression.

"What?? No! No!, i must be dreaming thought Von" .Who could believe it that the third ranked legendary sword would reach out to him even telling him its sealed location, that's absurd right!?. When Von was still racking his brains he heard a sound of the system.

"Wait! system so you are telling me that all this is true?". Von was shocked, but when he slowly reigned in his emotions he realized that it was indeed true. But Von couldn't help but gloat as it seems that the legendary sword was rather begging him to choose it. He felt proud and this immediately strengthened both his will and Dao heart to pursue strength. As long as one was strong and hardworking enough all good things shall come running towards him.

"System, draw the lottery." Just when he was about to see what he had obtained the Oceanic Queen called out to him.

"Congratulations Your Majesty" Her voice sounded three times as she stood in one knee .When Von was about to tell her to rise her voice sounded out once again.

"Lir Valares vows eternal loyalty to your Majesty, please accept this slowly one as your slave!" this time she was no longer on kneeling but rather she kowtowed. Von was truly surprised because it was no small matter for a dragon to tell somebody its full name, this truly showed her sincerity.

"Rise, starting from now one you shall be my personal maid are you willing?".

"Yes i am willing." Von slow a tinge of redness on her face it appeared she was blushing.

Von then used one of the two wish cards he had on his inventory for the system to make for him a batch uniform of black robes with a touch of gold for both males and females accompanied by a batch identification rings made out Divine Space Stones and a communication talisman.

The system produced the batch uniform and the rings had two black and gold dragons biting on a sword. The black dragon worked as a space ring fitted with a teleportation circle linked to Vons original ring and the golden ring worked as a communication talisman.

Von took out a ring specifically made for him and wore it ,as he did so the sword pierced into his fingers and absorbed his blood after that he gave another one to Lir similar things occurring to her .What she did not know was that a part of her blood had been absorbed and sent to Vons ring.
