Looking at Qin Yang's expression, Li Siqi worried that he might overthink so she promptly explained, "You're a miracle-working doctor! If I get any complicated medical conditions in the future, I can just ask you for help."

Qin Yang, who finally came back to his senses, took out his phone and smiled. "Tell me your number, I'll call you."

Li Siqi gave him her phone number and then smiled. "We took the same train and delivered Sister Lu's baby together. We can consider each other as friends, right? If I really happen to be sick in the future, don't reject me, okay?"

Qin Yang called her number and laughed, "I won't. However, my medical knowledge is basically on a dabbler level. At most, I'm just like a random person on the street who doesn't have a doctor's license. If you're really sick, you should still go to the hospital."

As soon as her phone rang, Li Siqi took out a pink phone and saved Qin Yang's number. She laughed as she heard what Qin Yang said, "Why are you saying the same thing that Zhang Bin said? Anyway, we could also hang out and I don't have to look for you only when I'm sick. If I visit you at Zhonghai University one day, you'd have to take me out for a meal."

Qin Yang laughed and said with a smile, "Sure, no problem! What Zhang Bin said… as displeasing as it sounds, he has a point. Didn't you think so as well?"

Li Siqi rolled her eyes at Qin Yang and lightly snorted. "I didn't know what else to do… You didn't speak up and it was getting so awkward! I could even feel my face turning stiff!"

Li Siqi suddenly realized that her actions just now might have been too intimate. She turned around as her face was turning red. As she looked at the obscure darkness outside the window, her heart was still racing.

The female doctor was cleaning up the scene while Sister Lu had already fallen asleep because of the exhausting delivery and the hemorrhage. When Qin Yang saw how the female doctor was still busy attending to the mother and child, he offered to trade seats with the doctor. Then, he carried his travel bag in his arms and left for the hard seat coach, giving his bed to the female doctor to make it easier for her to take care of Sister Lu and the baby for the rest of the night.

Qin Yang leaned on the hard seat for a nap and when he woke up, the sky had already turned bright and the train had already arrived at the Zhonghai Railway Station.

The doctor came back for her luggage and when she saw Qin Yang, her eyes brimmed with admiration. "Young man, your silver needle technique is amazing. From whom did you learn it?"

Qin Yang smiled. "My master taught me. Are Sister Lu and the baby okay?"

 "Yes, the mother and child are both fine. She made a call already and someone is coming on board to pick them up so I've come for my luggage. She also asked you to go back so she could thank you personally."

Qin Yang smiled. "There's no need for that, I just did what I could. I wasn't that confident when I used the needles anyway."

The doctor gave Qin Yang a thumbs up. "For your age, there aren't many people who can be as capable and modest as you. Doing such a good deed and not asking anything in return, well done, young man!"

Qin Yang said in a polite manner, "Auntie, you're also a zealous person. Not only did you help with delivering the baby but also took care of the mother and child for the entire night. Are you alright after such a busy night?"

After receiving such compliments from Qin Yang, she suddenly finds the young man in front of her even more pleasing. She beamed at him and replied, "Young boy, you're so adorable! I'm the director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department at Zhonghai No. 1 Hospital. My last name is Liang. If you need any help in the future, you can come and look for me. Hmm, you're still young though, so you most likely wouldn't want to come to this department. However, if you need any help in the other departments, I can still help you get some contacts."

As the doctor was being so kind, Qin Yang graciously thanked her, "Thank you, Auntie Liang."

The train stopped as they were chatting, and Qin Yang, with the duffel bag in hand, walked out of the coach after bidding Doctor Liang farewell.

Qin Yang had only walked for a bit and he turned towards the direction of the sleeper rooms. He saw several doctors and nurses in white coats, following behind a couple who were dressed in lavish clothing.

Qin Yang raised his brows as he noticed that they must be the ones picking up Sister Lu and her baby. Their charisma and temperament suggested that they weren't normal people. It seemed like Sister Lu's household had some status.

Qin Yang turned around and walked into the crowd while carrying his bag. He was planning to have some breakfast before heading to school.

In the sleeper cabin, Li Siqi stayed with Sister Lu and her baby as they waited for her family members to arrive.

Zhang Bin packed his items and walked out with a disgruntled face. After walking up last night, he had barely gotten any sleep. The weird smell in the room gave him an uncomfortable feeling as if bugs were crawling all over his body.

'Why did I have to encounter a woman giving birth? How long will I be unlucky for?'

As soon as he walked out of the door, a well-dressed couple walked by and was followed by a group of doctors and nurses. Zhang Bin moved aside and observed them as they walked into the cabin.

The woman was in her early forties but there were no signs of aging on her face. She was wearing two expensive-looking, crystal-clear jade bracelets on her wrists. The man, next to her, was in a short-sleeved shirt, pants, and leather shoes. His limited edition Patek Philippe watch was worth at least a million yuan which stung Zhang Bin's eyes.

Zhang Bin saw them walk into the room that he was in which surprised him. 'Are they Sister Lu's family?'

'Didn't Sister Lu say that her husband was a soldier?'

Zhang Bin wanted to leave but when he thought about how he had behaved yesterday, he didn't have the 'face' to walk in.

'If I knew about Sister Lu's background, I would have treated her better. I could have even used it to my advantage.''

The middle-aged woman immediately dashed towards Sister Lu and when she saw the baby that was next to her, her eyes lighted up.

After complimenting the baby, the woman turned around and gripped Sister Lu's hands in concern. "Junyi, are you okay? You gave us a heart attack when you called us! How dare that bastard let you come back alone! Thank god things didn't go wrong, otherwise, I would have skinned him alive!"

Sister Lu smiled weakly. "Sister, don't blame him. He didn't have a choice. There was still some time till my due date anyway. Who could have expected that I would give birth early? Thankfully, I met a lifesaver."

The middle-aged woman nodded but fear still lingered on her face. "You're right, I nearly fainted when I heard that you had a hemorrhage. Thank god you're okay. Oh, that's right! Where's the miracle-working doctor who helped you?"

Sister Lu smiled wryly. "I asked someone to invite him back so I could thank him personally but he hasn't shown up yet so he probably left already." 

The middle-aged woman was amazed. "He left? He saved you and the baby. The Lei Family owes him for this!"

Sister Lu nodded. "That young man is not only impressive in his medical skills but he's also a very modest person. Oh! His name is Qin Yang. He seems to be a new student at Zhonghai University's English Department."

The middle-aged woman sighed in relief and smiled as she held onto Sister Lu's hands. "Since we know his name and his school, then it will be much easier to look for him.
