1 Alex Pratt's Beginning!(Reboot) CH.1

This is the events leading to the birth of the universes greatest superhero Alex Pratt. Alex Pratt was very ordinary. He had average looks, slightly above average body build and a couple inches taller than six foot. But sadly, Alex's personality was that of a lone wolf. There was but one thing that kept him from disappearing from everyone's memories. (Well Alex is anti-social and shy.) His family. His only anchor to his life. Especially his handicapped youngest brother and his mother. Alex lived by a code that he would tell his youngest brother non-stop since his little brother was born unable to walk, "Theirs no such thing as can't. You try, try and try again. And If you don't succeed, keep trying."

Now let's get on with the story your probably getting bored. So where were we… Alex Pratt…

It was a dark night the wind was howling through the streets. It was a full moon without a cloud in the sky. This particular night the moon looked like a beautiful white gem in the sky. A young man could be seen walking down the sidewalk in a black jacket with his hood up. He had white earbuds playing

'All around me are familiar faces, worn out places...'. AS Alex was about to walk by an alley he looked to his right and saw a scene he couldn't walk away from. He saw a man hit a woman getting back-handed in the face.

* Flashback *

It was Alex's mom sitting next to him. They were in an old Chevy pick up truck driving home because Alex had to be picked up from school for fighting. Alex was a child of course.

Alex's mother said, "Listen, Alex, you should never hit a lady, never even if she hit you first."

"She started it." Alex then responded with.

"Alex, men should protect females. Even if they hit you shouldn't hit them back. What if a man hit me?" She asked Alex

"I would protect you of course!"

"Now promise you won't fight a… you know what Alex since I know your a strong 'man' do you promise to protect females who are getting bullied or hit!" Alex's mom, while stopped in their driveway, turns to Alex and asks while smiling brightly.

"Yes, I promise!" Alex earnestly replies as if getting asked to protect all females was the same as protecting his mother.

* End of Flashback *

Alex takes his hand out of his pockets and reaches for his earbud cord and skips the song. The song switched to rolling stones paint it black. TA TA TA …. Alex dash's to the man who just assaulted the women with his eyes figuratively glowing red with rage. Why rage, well because abusing a female in front of him, in his mind was like hitting his mother. Alex charged at the man like a charging tank. The man heard Alex dash and turns around to be tackled to the ground. Alex repeatedly then starts smashing his fist into the man's face. The man after taking a few blows to the face suddenly moves his head to the left and dodges Alex right hook which lands on the concrete ground. The man used Alex lapse of mind from the pain of Alex hitting the ground with his hand to kick him of him.

"What the hell man, what do you want!!" the man says as he quickly gets up off the ground with his black eye and bloody nose.

"Huff, You shouldn't hit females, people who do are the scum of the world!" Alex says roughly while a tad out of breath.

"Mind your own business, no one likes a hero, Pal!" the man replied

"Shut it! Are you ready for round 2!" Alex says while slowly approaching the man.

Alex proceeds with a running charge again but the man gives Alex a right hook and Alex falls on his ass. The man got above Alex and stomped on his stomach once. Alex grabbed his stomach in pain and turned over to his right. The man then walked over to the side Alex was facing. Then gave Alex one good kick to the face. The man then walked to the lady he had hit. She was frozen the entire time during the fight. He then grabbed the lady by the arm really hard and tried to take her out of the alley.

"NOO! Let me go!" She shouted while crying.

"Shut it!" the man imminently said

A cold wind then brushed into the alley and the alley suddenly got brighter as the clouds covering the full moon had been carried away by the wind too. The man turned around to see Alex who by all right should be knocked out, standing and running toward him. The man then released the lady and took a few steps forward. He got ready to knock Alex down with a right hook again. But when the man swung Alex lowered his body to dodge and grabbed the man's waist. Alex then used his charges momentum to get behind the man and get him in a chock hold from behind. As the man struggled and slowly lose consciousness.

Alex whispered in his ear, "You should never hit a woman if I find out you do it again. EVERY TIME I SEE YOU ILL PUT YOU IN YOUR PLACE!"

Alex then sees the man stop struggling and release him. The man then drops to the ground hard unloving but unconscious. Alex then wipes the blood from his nose and face. Afterward, proceed to leave the alley.

"Thanks," the lady says

Alex stops reaches to put back on his black hood that fell off during the fight then says

"Thank my mom for teaching me right." He didn't turn around the entire time he was talking. Alex then flips his black hood up over his head. Alex proceeds to walk out of the alley and as he turns the corner and walks a couple of feet a blinding light flashes for a millisecond and disappears. The lady made her way out of the alley to see what the light was and see if the Alex was okay. Why? Because Alex's footsteps which could be heard walking away stopped after the blinding light flashed. The lady with a bruised cheek eventually made it to the street.

"Hello! You there?" she asked and know-one responded. The entire street was empty. Or more pacific the entire street was desolate.

At another place, Alex was looking around, "Where am I." Around Alex was a vast plain of white from the sky to the floor. All around him was white.
