7 Chapter 6 Keep Calm and be the Emo Kid

It was deafening to hear all the internal screaming of all the girls inside the classroom. They seems to be all excited upon the arrival of the three vampires. Do I accidentally stepped into a vampire's territory where all the students were already under their influence?

"Hey Sakashima, who are those kids?" I asked my 'newly found friend'.

"Oh you mean those three? They are the famous leaders of our department. They just transferred last semester but everyone agreed to let them be part of the student leaders."

The three vampires walked in front of the classroom and started asking for everyone's attention.

"Good Morning guys, we have a few announcement! I just want to introduce ourselves for those new students here, I am Nakade Shinoyoru the new president our department, and this is Kaede Nikkoya, the assistant president and Kaede Gekkorou, the secretary."

I finally able to look directly into their faces while they are busy for the introduction. To my surprise, I almost jumped to my seat when I realised that the kid named Shinoyoru was that vampire who almost caught me during my arrival in the neighborhood.

I tried to hide my presence as hard as I can so they won't ever notice me but then the girls in the class didn't help much. They all pointed at me when they were asked who were the new students among the class.

There were a total of 7 new students in our class but I am the focus of the whole class due to my brother's connection and so I was pointed out too early. The vampires looked at me deeply as if trying to read through my mind but failed. They continued talking after looking at all the new students.

"Tonight we will all have a welcome party for the new students so be prepared! New students are required to attend so don't forget." and they left after that.

"You will attend the party right?" Sakashima asked me right away.

"I think not."

"Ehh, but everyone is looking forward to know you."

"I'm sorry but I'm not fond of parties and social gatherings like that." especially if there are vampires in there.

"But you have to. Please. Just one hour then I'll help you slip out after that."

"Half an hour." maybe just a little time would not be dangerous, and Yuuto will be happy about it.

"Ok deal." Sakishima smiled from ear to ear as she successfully make me attend the party with her.

After class, I decided to contact Yuuto to let him know about the whole situation including the vampires before going to the party in case I get in trouble.

I walked in with Sakishima inside a grill restaurant where everyone is already seated. And due to my lack of luck, the remaining empty seat is beside one the twin vampire named Nikkoya. I keep calm and pretended to be an emo kid to avoid any conversation just like what I watched on the television yesterday and I think it works a little.

Everything was going smoothly until someone brought in the alcohol. I remembered that type of drink, it brings danger for me....

I remember the day when Yuuto left me alone in the house and I was bored and I rummaged around until I found a bottle of liquor inside the cabinet. I tried to take a sip and I enjoyed it and so I continued drinking until I eventually passed out without even noticing. After that incident, Yuuto scolded me and told me to never try to taste any alcoholic drink even for just a few sips.

I immediately decline to take a cup of beer which was passed around and at least Sakishima helped me dodging the situation by telling that I am allergic to beer and everyone accepted my excuse. There are just 10 minutes remaining to our deal before I slip out when suddenly Nikkoya turns his attention to me while holding out a cup of sake.

"I don't think you are also allergic to sake so I ordered it especially for you." he forced the cup into my hand while grinning.

Everyone's attention turns towards us and they started cheering for me to drink it. I was cornered, and all eyes are on me and because of that I panicked and gulp the entire content of the cup. People cheered and I feel accomplished passing a dangerous task and I thought is was over but I see Nikkoya still grinning at me while pouring another cup.

"Here. We must all enjoy the party and go home all drunk!" and everyone toasted and the drinking game continues.

After drinking 5 cups I can already feel dizzy and I think it was over the 30 minutes deal I have with Sakishima so I stand up and prepared to walk out but someone grabbed me and pulled me back to my seat. It was Shinoyoru this time who was holding another cup.

"Who said you can leave first? Everyone should go home together after the party is over. So let's continue drinking!" and so I was forced to drink again.

It was almost 11 pm and half of the people here were already knocked out including me who is barely awake due to my natural defense mechanism against a vampires presence. The only standing survivors here were those three vampires and two upperclassmen who seems to be used to drinking party.

I lay down pretending to be knocked out when I heard the three talking about something.

"Are you sure that this kid was the silver werecat you saw that night?"

"Maybe you are just mistaken because it's dark"

"How can I make mistake with the vampire vision we have? I am sure that it is him even though he manipulated his appearance right now."

"But we all know that he is the brother of one of our upperclassmen that is surely a human."

....

They continued to argue and it creeps me out knowing that that my cover was blown. He really recognize me even in this human form. I wanted to run but I am too dizzy and Yuuto is still on the way out of his company

"So what do you plan to do now?" Gekkorou asked.

"Should we carry him back to the mansion."

"Are you really sure you want that as your familiar? or are you just desperate to get your dad's approval."

"Please shut up you two! You know that getting a half -blood as a familiar grants you the enormous power and status especially a rare type like a silver werecat and besides, the ceremony is coming soon."

"But you do know that forcing a half lood to form a contract can cause chaos and worst a war. Maybe hunting a wild beast is a better option."

"No, there's no time left and I have a plan."

So my situation is worse more that I guessed. This kid wanted to make me his servant like his pet dog huh. I.seriously need to run now.

I concentrated my whole power to my legs and prepared to take a full sprint when I suddenly heard Yuuto's voice from a distance.

(Master where are you?)

(I am inside the restaurant and I am a litle dizzy so you have to hurry because we have a little situation here right now.)

After a few seconds Yuuto bursted in to the door and almost everyone who were already sleeping has woken up by the noise and was energized by the sight of their idol senpai suddenly appearing in front of them.

The sudden commotion distracted the three vampires arguing at the corner and didn't expect their prey to be snatched away by someone who just appeared.

The people keep swarming around us like news reporters while Yuuto is carrying me at his back. This make me feel more dizzy but it also serves as a shield against those vampires. We continue to walk forward until we reached the door out of the restaurant and when nobody was looking, Yuuto sprinted and jumped from roof to roof without wasting any seconds to run away before the vampires can react.

It took us less than 40 seconds to reached home and land safely to my bed.

"Whoa that was really close." I sighed with relief.

"Master, will you care to explain what is that 'little situation' you had and why on earth are you drunk again?"
