Chapter 2: Preparations

"Man, if you need cash really you don't need to make this kind of stories up. I kinda have excess cash over here. No need for this. I can lend you more if you really need it so bad. We're not friends for nothing" Perry said while immediately handing wan his card and getting his phone to send him the card password.

"I'm not kidding Perry, I'm going to another dimension as it said. It's not like I believe this too. But the screen just won't go away. The countdown is accurate too. I mean I won't really get all hyped up and pretend to be a novel character. It's just that. It happened. I got this feeling that I can't get away from this. And I mean, it said ten days. I won't be paranoid after this ten days passed. I just need you to watch me. And if I'm correct. I need you to pass the message that if I went there first. Surely there would be someone second, or maybe third! it already said so!. I'll think of anything I have read all about the other worlds and prepare some things during the remaining days.

Wan went home and dropped on his bed exhaustedly. He had read so many novels about world transfers.

"I hope I'm not the only one who have this. I've mostly read everything but this. Almost everyone of them died then gets reincarnated. I guess my case would be different because I have been given a warning.

Arghhh!!, I'm not even sure if I'm on drugs or not!!. Maybe I would just get ready for every case it has to be."

Over the sleepless night, Wan, wrote up a plan on his mind that he resolutely came up on.

The next day,Wan came to school to hand out his temporary leave papers. It say's there that he was going to work abroad because of his dire need for money. The Dean didn't even bat an eye for this and immediately signed it. College was meant for those with money. Him going out of it because of money was too common that it made the Dean numb of it. Well of course he would be paid regardless.

"hmm, school settled. Next, my parents huh. Maybe later."

"I need to get ready first."

Wan went home to sell his personal belongings in exhange for items he might use in the transfer.

He didn't know if he could bring them but being ready wouldn't hurt him in any way. He wouldn't need this items if he gets transferred so there's no waste in turning them into cash.

After emptying his apartment. He went back to his parents home to sell his things on his room there. His items were more liquid than he thought so it was sold easily.

After having enough money. He borrowed his father's pickup truck and went to the supermarket. In additional from his funds collected from his items he also had the money he borrowed from his friend. He still did not look at it until his own cash was depleted. Surprisingly, the money inside was more than thrice his own money.

Having a foreign rich friend really has its own benefits. But he did not think of it until then. This was his first time borrowing money from his friend. Maybe Perry really liked him very much as he did not became friends with him for his money that's why when he said he needed money, he gave him this much.

After shopping so many foods namely instant noodles, canned goods, rice , wheat and plenty of condiments, meaning plenty of condiments, really plenty. He even asked people to put his items on the truck. He went back and forth the market the past few days to buy supplies for himself. Not even knowing if he will be able to bring them all.

"Hmm i should make a guide for myself and for those who would be transferred other than me. The system said that I am the first one, obviously in other novels there would be soon a second or a third.

I'll just let Perry handle the document when I'm done."

unknowingly to him, the guides and methods for the manuals that he will create will be most useful to himself.
