"What is this? World upgrading system? Does this mean it's my job to introduce Spirit Qi into this world? I guess I have a purpose after all." Aidan realized. Then he woke up and saw his father looming over him. "I guess I should determine someone worthy of receiving spirit Qi." Aidan thought. "I'm glad you're awake. How are you feeling?" Zen asked worriedly. "I feel amazing actually." Aidan replied. Just as Zen was going to say something a city guard rushed in. "City lord the daoist sect is attacking." The guard said hurriedly. After hearing that Zen took one last look at Aidan then rushed to the battlefield.
After taking some time to collect himself Aidan called his servants Aurora Lou and Yi Yun'er to his room. "What do you guys know about spirit Qi?" He asked. "Spirit Qi, you mean the mythical energy that exists in legends?" Aurora replied. "Yes that stuff. What if I told you it was real?" Aidan said tactfully. "We all know it doesn't exist. If it did those legendary ancient grandmasters would have discovered it." Yun'er chimed in. "Well I know for fact it is real because I met an immortal while I was unconscious and he tasked me with introducing spirit Qi into this world." Then suddenly Aidan summoned his one strand of spirit Qi into his hand and pushed it into Aurora's body. "Push this through your bones to remove the impurities in your bones." Wholly believing in her young master Aurora did just that. When she finished a little of black goo squeezed out of her skin onto the floor. She stretched out and you could hear pops emanating from her body which was a sign of a martial grandmaster. "Thank you young master I am forever in your debt." She said as she bowed to Aidan gratefully.

"I wonder what I should use my upgrade point on?." Aidan wondered. Finally, he made the decision to put the upgrade point into soul strength. Immediately after this Aidan felt refreshed. Unfortunately that didn't last for long because as soon as he converted 1 point of soul strength into 10 spirit Qi strands that feeling went away.
