The Start Of A New Journey

Orion has bought a lot of stuff including new clothes, foods, and snacks for Linna. Watching it eat on my shoulder looks very adorable it makes me happy.

(A/N - Linna will be the only named Pokemon.)

Orion "This Red's clothes look very good on me especially the hat."

Kizuna "Master looks very handsome."

Orion "Ah." - That surprised me. "T-thank you for the compliment, Kizuna, can you show me the map."

Kizuna "Yes Master."

*Ding!*

So, I was in the forest close to Pallet Town.

Orion "Let's go meet Professor Oak and ask for a Pokemon License. Linna return!" 'Take a break before we start our journey.'

When entering Pallet Town I started asking people where is Professor Oak. They pointed to the building on the edge of the town.

Orion "So that's Professor Oak's Lab."

While walking I spotted a boy in his pajamas running towards the lab yelling.

??? "Squirtle, Bulbasaur, Charmander anyone is fine just please saved one for me."

Is that Ash? Aha, that's funny it brought a lot of memories. Finally reaching the lab I saw what I think is Professor Oak talking to Ash.

Oak "You don't look like your ready. I hoped you don't train in your pajamas."

Ash "Oh no Profesor I got mixed up this morning and I was a little late but believe me I'm ready for a Pokemon!"

Orion "Um, sorry for interrupting on your guy's conversations. My name is Orion and I want to talk to Professor Oak?"

Oak "Oh, yes I'm Professor Oak how may I help you?"

Orion "Can I register for a Pokemon License?"

Oak "Yes, I'll help you after I help Ash."

Orion "Ok Professor Oak."

Oak "Please come inside the lab."

Orion/Ash "Ok."

When entering Professor Oak's Lab.

Oak "Orion can you wait in the lobby while I'll help Ash here."

Orion "Ok Professor Oak."

Seeing Professor Oak and Ash entered the room. I waited in the lobby reading books in the bookshelf. Until I heard a loud electrical sound coming from the room where Ash and Professor Oak entered.

Orion "I think Ash finally got Pikachu."

Seeing Professor Oak and Ash with his Pikachu on hand coming out of the room they look very burnt.

Orion "Are you ok Professor Oak?"

Oak "Yes I'm ok, Sorry for making you wait, Orion. We had a little accident with Ash first Pokemon."

Orion "Don't worry about it, Professor Oak."

Ash "I should be going then. Bye Professor Oak and Orion."

Orion "Later Ash." - Seeing Ash leave.

Oak "Do you have a Pokemon, Orion? Because I just gave Ash my last Pokemon."

Orion "Yes, I do have a Pokemon, Professor Oak." - Taking out Linna Pokeball. "Come out, Linna!"

Linna "Raalts."

Oak "Oh, you have a Ralts what I remember it is a Hoenn Pokemon it seems it has a different color."

Orion " Yes Professor Oak my Ralts is a shiny Pokemon."

Oak "I see... So why did you come to Kanto?"

Thinking a good lie…

Orion "I-I wanted to challenge Kanto first." - Trying to force a smile.

Looking at me with a suspicious eye.

Oak "Ok... Here are some papers you need to fill up before you get your Pokemon Licence."

Seeing Professor Oak hand me papers I started filling them up it took me a couple of minutes to finish. After I was done filling them up I gave them back to Professor Oak. Seeing him put all those papers inside a machine to process. He came back with a Pokedex.

Oak "This is a Pokedex it records all data on Pokemon you have seen or caught in your journey it will also act as your Pokemon Licence."

Orion "Thank you, Professor Oak."

When coming out of the lab with Professor Oak. The first thing I see is a small crowd and Ash laying in the ground burnt with Pikachu on the side smiling. It made me laugh inside.

Orion "Bye Professor Oak I'm going to head out first."

Oak "Goodluck and take care on your journey, Orion, don't forget to use the Pokedex."

Orion "Ok Professor Oak and thank you." Waving my hand as I said my goodbyes. Leaving Pallet Town this is the start of my new journey.

Walking for a while... He Looks back and sees Pallet Town is very far away. Lost on his thoughts, 'It looks very beautiful. I should hurry and catch my first Pokemon before the storm.'

Orion "Come out Linna help me find a wild Pidgey before the storm."

Linna "Ralltss."

Seeing Linna coming to me instead I know it wanted to sit on my shoulder again. Putting Linna on my shoulder it started nibbling on my ear.

Orion "Ok, I know you're hungry."

Giving Linna another snack to munch on, it started eating while on my shoulder.

Orion "Why are you so cute."

Linna "Raltss." - With a smile.

While watching Linna eat I spotted a Pidgey resting in a tree.

Orion "Linna you see that Pidgey." - Pointing at Pidgey on the tree. "I want you to use Confusion to deal some damage, then use Mean Look so it's unable to flee."

Linna "Raalts."

Jumping down from my shoulder it starts preparing its move.

Orion "Linna use Confusion!"

Linna "Raaallts!"

The Pidgey got hit very hard it fell off the tree it looked very confused.

Orion "It's not over yet, Linna, use Mean Look!"

Linna "Rallltss!"

Not giving it any chance.

Orion "Now finish it off with another Confusion!"

Seeing Pidgey is down I hurried to grab my Pokeball from inventory. Throwing the Pokeball to Pidgey it entered the Pokeball. I was very worried it would escape seeing it shaking... After hearing three clinks. I'm assured that I finally caught it.

Orion "Kizuna check Pidgey stats."

*Ding!*

Orion "I caught a very good Pidgey it also knows Brave Bird. Kizuna can you heal Pidgey?"

Kizuna "Yes, it will cost you, ₱1,000 Master."

Orion "Okay."

Kizuna "Master I'll be taking your Pokemon for a few seconds."

Seeing Pidgey Pokeball disappear. I started hearing a classic healing sound like in the game.

Kizuna "Thank you for waiting, Master, here's your Pokemon fully healed."

Orion "Thank you, Kizuna, come out Pidgey meet your new friend."

---Linna's Point of View---

Coming out of the Pokeball.

Pidgey "I can't believe I got caught." - Face looking down.

Linna "Hi my name is Linna I'm Master's first Pokemon so you should call me Big Sis."

Pidgey "Why should I call you Big Sis?"

Linna "Kukuku, If you don't listen to Big Sis I'll make Master treat you miserable." - With a smirk.

Pidgey "Ah, this is not my day..."

Linna "Kukuku, welcome to the party Pidgey."

Seeing Linna and Pidgey are getting along.

Orion "We should find a place to shelter us from the storm. Pidgey, fly up and look for a big tree."

Pidgey "Pidgeyy." - Nodding.

(A/N - All of Pokemon will be saying their name. Sorry, I don't what to search for how they talk.)

Orion "Let me carry you, Linna."

Putting Linna on my shoulder I gave a nod to Pidgey for it to lead the way. Following Pidgey, he leads us to a big tree that should be a good cover from the rain. When reaching under the tree it started raining. Seeing Pidgey is landing on my shoulder.

Orion "You did good Pidgey."

Reaching in my inventory I grab some Pokemon food and put in a bowl for Linna and Pidgey to eat. While waiting for the storm to pass, a Pokemon came rushing out from the rain to take cover under a tree. When looking at the Pokemon it's an Oddish. Seeing Oddish staring at my Pokemon eating. I went inside my inventory to grab more food.

Orion "Here have some." - Dropping the bowl filled with food in front of Oddish.

Oddish "Odddissh." - Walks back...

Seeing Oddish is hesitating, Linna stops eating and went to talk to Oddish.

---Linna's Point of View---

Linna "You should eat it before I do." - With a smirk.

Oddish "C-can I trust him? He looks very scary..."

Linna "Scary? Kukuku, that's funny."

Oddish "B-but."

Getting annoyed by Oddish.

Linna "No buts! If you don't eat I'll get you eaten by my friend Pidgey. Right, Pidgey?" - Glaring at Pidgey.

Pidgey "Y-yes Big Sis." - Showing his open beak.

Oddish "O-ok I'll eat just don't eat me, please." - Tears in his eyes.

---Back to Orion---

Looking at how they are talking to each other is very cute. After a few minutes, Oddish started eating. Seeing the clouds clearing up and the sun setting. I should start preparing to leave. Giving the sky one last look he spotted a big bird flying over our head. I immediately take out my PokeSP to record a video. 'Professor Oak will be happy.'

Orion "Look everyone that's Ho-Oh."

Everyone is amazed at how beautiful Ho-Oh is, flying through the horizon. Seeing Ho-oh disappears I see a feather falling from the sky. I think that's a Rainbow Wing, watching it fall on my hands. This is very beautiful, showing it to everyone.

Orion "Let's meet again Ho-Oh." - Walking in front of Oddish. "Do you want to join my team?"

Oddish looks very hesitant at first but it agreed to join. Taking out Pokeball I press it slightly on Oddish head. Hearing the three clicks I know I have caught it.

Orion "Kizuna check Oddish stats."
