Albeit most earth humans would refers this as heat haze it i wasn't truly like that. Heat haze is caused by a temperature difference between layers of air and the effect of the different densities on refraction of light. So, for example the surface of a ramp/runway heats the air directly above it, and this causes heat haze as it mixes with the cooler air higher up. Heat haze was a natural phenomenon as you can see it on a very hot day, whilst what Alex was doing was twisting is aura around his air which in return created small pockets of extreme heat to rise and die quickly. His challenger finally arrived but for some reason Alex still sat there with no intention of moving. Before anyone could protest on his behavior Alex simply said.

Alex Raised his right hand slowly created a large shock wave that sounded like thunder on a stormy night, the shock wave was felt by people close to the arena and a few even fell over. The wall he stuck in had large cracks and after a while he fell down from it, a Human body imprint could be seen deep in the wall. Many believed he was seriously hurt, luckily the opponent was mostly fine the shock wave had though knocked a few of his organs to the side wick in return made him puke blood. The young masked man simply walked up to him and gave him a two small pills.

Many couldn't help walk up to the hurt man to take a closer look what he was given. two very high grade pills laid in his hands and by the look and smell coming of the pills, the likelihood it was at heavenly rank was certain. Many Cultivator knew the grade which classified how good the pills was.

The first pill was a healing pill, when taken it would heal any minor damage to the body, Alex named it Kenkō ( Good health ). The second pill was for increasing the cultivation, it worked by stimulating the cells in the body to absorb and retain more energy. He decided to call the last pill Seichō (Growth ).
