But why did Isana say that? It felt odd.

Logically, being a sea creature living in the ocean for so many years, Isana should have seen the icy glaciers of the far north.

"Isana, are you saying you've never been here before?" Asahi asked, puzzled.

"Yeah, why would I have been here?" Isana asked in surprise at Asahi's question.

"Didn't you travel the oceans before to find your mother? Didn't you come this way?"

Asahi raised an eyebrow, thinking that although Isana often slept, it should have explored the entire ocean over the years.

But now it seemed that wasn't the case.

"No, whenever I swim a certain distance, I always end up sleeping. It became a habit, so I never made it here. This is actually the farthest I've ever swim,"

Isana said matter-of-factly. Although it initially set out to find its mother, Isana wasn't foolish.

After so many years, it realized its mother must have passed away. Besides, its mother had only been with it before it gained consciousness.

At that time, the naive Isana hadn't retained many memories. So eventually, it lost interest in finding its mother.

It ate when hungry, drank when thirsty, and slept when tired. Hearing Isana's words, Asahi fell silent. Life, or rather, whale life, was indeed unique.

"Master, why don't we choose our clan's base here? Isana likes it here," Isana urged eagerly when he noticed Asahi's silence.

Hearing Isana's suggestion, Asahi snapped out of his reverie. There was no point dwelling on the past.

Gazing at the nearby glacier, although beautiful, it wasn't necessarily suitable as a clan address.

Aside from the unsuitable temperature, just the sight of endless white would become unbearable over time.

However, it was undoubtedly an excellent place for training. Practicing in such a harsh environment would surely lead to faster progress.

Moreover, it was peaceful and stable, meeting Asahi's needs. So, in this respect, it was a good choice.

Therefore, Asahi hesitated slightly at Isana's suggestion. "Let's not rush. Let's get closer and take a look first," Asahi said after a moment of thought.

Isana didn't say much in response and simply swam to the edge of the vast glacier. As Asahi approached, he jumped onto the glacier from Isana's back.

Feeling the chill in the air, Asahi's internal energy automatically circulated, maintaining his body temperature.

Although the consumption was minimal, it couldn't even match Asahi's own recovery rate. But that was for Asahi.

If an average jonin came here, their strength would probably only be at sixty or seventy percent in such conditions.

For honing his skills, this place was indeed a good choice. Of course, the main advantage was the abundant natural energy here.

If he practiced Sage Mode, progress would undoubtedly accelerate.

After taking a few casual steps forward, Asahi noticed several polar bears not far away, huddled on the ground as if hiding from something.

Without asking, Asahi understood that they must have been frightened by Isana. Although facing irresistible danger, hiding was a sensible choice.

However, the hiding method of these polar bears seemed somewhat comical, like a bunch of goofballs.

Amused by this, Asahi chuckled. And truth be told, these polar bears looked rather cute. Without moving forward, Asahi directly addressed Isana:

"This place is indeed nice, and it would be suitable as the clan's address. However, a clan cannot be established on a glacier."

Hearing Asahi's words, Isana asked somewhat plaintively,

"Why not? Isn't this place great?" Hearing the plaintive tone in Isana's voice, Asahi smiled at Isana's innocence and said:

"I meant a clan cannot be built on the glacier, but I didn't say we couldn't establish the clan here."

"What's the difference?" Isana expressed confusion; human words were so hard to understand.

Patiently, Asahi explained to Isana's question:

"There's a big difference. Think about it, if we establish the clan on the glacier, it will greatly affect the creatures living on it."

"After all, the vast majority of our Ogami members are humans."

"If we want the clan to be suitable for human habitation, we must make extensive modifications to the glacier."

"However, as soon as we start modifying it, the ordinary creatures on the glacier will inevitably be affected, and widespread deaths might occur."

"I'm sure you wouldn't want to see that, would you?" Hearing Asahi's explanation, Isana fell silent."

"It certainly didn't want to occupy someone else's home and cause them to lose their lives. After all, it was inherently good-hearted."

"It just hadn't considered all these factors before."

"So what should we do?" Isana asked in distress. It really liked this place, and if Asahi didn't choose it, Isana wouldn't stay here alone as a whale.

So Isana placed all its hopes on Asahi, as his previous words hinted at a solution.

In response to Isana's inquiry, Asahi's face revealed a mysterious smile.

"Let's just bring an island from nearby and place it near this glacier as the clan's address."

Asahi's words left Isana somewhat dumbfounded. Bring an island over? Who's going to bring it, you?

No wonder Isana was so surprised. For a creature living in the ocean, moving mountains and filling seas was quite rare.

But Asahi dared to say it, naturally, he was confident. With his Six Paths level of power, moving a small island was achievable.

If it weren't for the fear of triggering natural disasters like earthquakes and affecting the nearby glacier.

Asahi would have directly used Earth Release to lift the land from the seabed.

Don't doubt him; although the ocean is deep, with enough effort, he could manage it.

"Bring an island over? How do we do that? Can we do it?" Isana asked in astonishment. Asahi just chuckled and didn't explain further.

"Don't worry, you'll see in a moment. And you don't need to help; I can do it alone. Wait here for me; I'll be back soon."

With that, Asahi flashed away from the spot, ready to execute his island-pulling plan, leaving only Isana behind, standing there in dumbfounded amazement.
