Rein was suddenly above a black tree with red leaves, he went crashing down hitting any branches or leaves in his path. None broke as he descended, so each collision caused more damage. He could barely gather his thoughts as branch after branch hit him, directly in vital spots like the head, wrists and throat. As he breathed each breath felt like sucking in black smoke, he began to cough but that only increased the pain in his lungs. It didn't help that it felt like this tree was moving, cruelly pummeling him as he fell.

The branches grew thicker as Rein drew closer to the bottom; Rein saw one coming directly at him like a whip. He quickly created a fire and wind barrier to defend himself, yet he was unable to defend himself as the branch broke through his barrier. its power was greatly diminished since it only knocked him away from the tree. as soon as he broke past the leaf line, he was able to regain his orientation and land on the ground. When he looked at the tree, he saw flesh and eyeballs intertwined with black bark. The leaves looked like blades on the biggest branches, on the smaller ones they were like giant eyelids.

-boom! A root burst from the ground trying tangle him up, and another trying to impale him. Rein jumped back and used the boost to speed up his retreat, every instinct was telling him to get away from this tree.

Yet many more roots came to block his escape, at this moment Rein subconsciously decided something if the tree was going to try to kill him, he would kill it first. He thought about his staff of corrow and it began to quickly manifest in his hands. A blue crystal wood pole with ancient words engravings wrapping around it. At the tip rested a glowing orb caged inside the wood moving around wildly.

then he did the same with Earth shifter boots.

Rein channeled his flame spear through the staff and suddenly the words turned crimson red, and a dark-red light overflow from the cage. Since he didn't have to create the whole spear as well as the triple element boost gave it great power. Making a solid pinecone like spearhead of the combined flames, it made a dark red center with it becoming lighter as it reached the edge shell of the multiple blades.

He turned and swung it against the roots, but they were only knocked away. He jumped back as more roots break out from the ground to attack him. He used his combined boost to get over the root wall.

The roots extended and grew thorn as Rein flew over cutting his left hamstring to his calf. He went crashing down on the other side and activated his regeneration. he dashes fast and unpredictably weaving through the trees as thorned flesh roots chase him.

He heard a wailing as the tree began to shake and throw the eye sacks everywhere. Some shriveled up while some grew ten times bigger, till they burst open, and a six-leg smooth shelled creature emerged. They came crawling toward Rein fast, but he ran faster than these abominations. But one had managed to catch up with him, Rein turned around and swiftly pierced the creature.

'What would happen if I ate this' Rein thought but it looked disgusting. It looked like a bowl since it had no eyes or ears, yet where the legs had emerged from hoarded many serrated wooden fangs under it. they headed toward a hole in the middle of it which was plugged with Rein's spear.

But unfortunately, he didn't have time to taste it since his reluctance resulted in the seed demon's shortening their distance. He threw the creature off his spear and began running again. He skewered three more that sought to latch on to Rein. Each came with the same announcement.

Finally, after what felt like an endless amount of time running and killing the seed demons. Rein came across a village. It was a contains primitive wooden looking structures, he stood on the edge of the village. There were small humanoid creatures walking around, they had dark red skin with different black markings and large horns that curled back slightly. Some he saw had a giant stone cylinder on either arm or both arms.

Rein started to run into the town thinking the creatures would help kill the seed demons coming for him. Unlike what Rein had hoped to happen, the first horned creature to see him attacked on site. It also let out a horrid screech as it jumped towards Rein, alerting the others of its kind. Rein swung his spear to lop off the creature's head, yet it blocked his attack with its horns. Though Rein still managed to send it flying into a giant curved bone, He leap forward while bringing his spear down on its head.

he didn't have time to relax as more of the imps began to attack him. One leapt and sent a punch at his head and another at his spine.

-Rein quickly bashed the first demon with his spear, and soon after countered the other with a kick wrapped in flames sending it backwards. Yet another came from above and Rein used wind arrow to pierce its torso.

Boom*

an imp slammed its fist into Rein's lower back, Rein was caused great pain and thrown off balance to the ground. He quickly activated his holy mark and king's aura as more of the imps sent their fists down on him.

Swoosh*

Rein took the heads of two imps and the arms of another three, but he didn't stop there. Rein spun his spear and brought it down on another imp, while putting his foot through another imp's head. Another two attacked him from behind and he responds by impaling with dust and pushing them back with a wind and fire barrier. The imps that didn't die from his first attack on them began to get back up and run at rein again, as more and more demons filled the area.
