1 Chapter 1
"Hai Ling to think you thought I loved you" laughed a man. "Why would I love you?"

"Ahh" Hai Ling jerked up from her bed.
"Ah Ling, whats wrong?" Called an Old man running through the door.
"Nothing Master just a bad dream" Hai Ling answered
He looked at her but Hai Ling just looked away.
He sighed and walked out of the room. As he did he got bombarded with questions
"How is Junior sister?"
"Is she alright?"
"Yes, shes okay" he answered
"Really?" Said the voice
"Yes, Ah Chen she's okay"
Ah Chen looked at his Master and said "Junior sister is hiding something. Something that hurts her"
"Indeed, but we shouldn't bother her about it so go back to sleep."

In her room Hai Ling sighed. She knows that she worries Master and Senior brother. But, its just that she isn't ready to talk about it. After all she got killed by the person that she loved and would do anything for.
Master found her at her weakest point and he picked her up. Made her his disciple and let her learn medicine.
He also took it upon himself to learn her martial arts (even though she already knew about it because it was almost the exact same as her world's). She was greatful for him doing this but, she needs to see this world for herself besides reading books and hearing about it from Master and Senior Brother.

"Master" Hai Ling said as she walked out of her room.
"Yes, Ah Ling"
"I want to leave go out and see the world"

"Are you sure you want to do this?" Master asked her for like the thousandth time.
"Yes! I am 16 now Master" Hai Ling answered
"Okay, but at least let Ah Chen go with you. And you are a beautiful and when people see that they would want you"
"Yes, let me go with you junior sister!" Said Senior Brother
Hai Ling sighed and said "Master, you know for a fact that I am stronger than you and senior brother. And knowing that you should know that i can take care of myself"
Master sighed and said "I am not ready to have my precious leave yet"
Hai Ling walked up to her Master and hugged him. "Master its okay this will always be my home and a place that I know will always accept me."
Master hugged Hai Ling back and as he let her go he said "My real name is Bai Chang. I am the most famous and powerful Medical Doctor. But even though I like saving people I but like peace and quiet more."
"Master, I don't care who you really are because I will not use anyones identity or fame to boost up mine. I will start from scratch and work my way up and i will be the strongest person" said Hai Ling
"I know you wont thats why I am going to give you this." Said Master as he handed me a Jade piece with the name 'Bai' on it.
"Junior sister are you sure?"asked Senior brother
"Yes" Hai Ling said

Hai Ling was walking through the forest when she heard fighting.
