1 Chap 1- Prologue

Swords

That's what I could see.

All I could see in my field of vision was endless swords.

I didn't know who I was, I didn't even know my name.

All I knew was that I had woken up in this place.

In a world of unlimited swords.

The earth was arid like a desert with hundreds of swords all over it, the sky had an orange color like the sunset with giant gears spinning up there.

I was in that world a quantity of time that couldn't even be counted.

I didn't remember anything, I didn't remember my family, my friends, or who I was.

I only knew I was in that world.

Looking to the side I saw a sword.

It was a giant and robust sword, easily bigger than me, even I could say it was not made to be used by mortal hands, because no human could use it.

In her, I could see my reflection.

I was tall and had a thin physique, brown hair, and eyes of the same color.

I wasn't handsome, but I wasn't ugly either, I was just average.

Without having anything to do in this world, simply looking at the horizon I walked.

I walked, walked, and walked for a long time.

After all, time seemed to not affect this world.

But regardless of how much I walked I never felt hunger or sleep or even tiredness or anything vital to a living being's existence, I didn't seem to need it.

After so long walking I stopped, not knowing what to do I simply looked at the sword beside me.

It was a sword of supernatural beauty, its guard was blue with details in gold and on its blade had writing that no human could understand, which showed that it had been made by supernatural hands.

It was a sword made for a king.

The moment I touched her I saw everything.

Who had made her, how she had been created and the materials for that, I saw her being wielded by his user and all his techniques entered my mind, I saw her story and how she was destroyed.

Then I recognized what that sword was. It was Cliburn the sacred sword that had the right to select a King and in the past had been used by King Arthur to liberate Britannia.

With nothing to do I took up the sword and took up the position of its handler and I repeated his blows.

At that moment I felt disgusted with myself.

It seemed that I was a farce, that I was just copying his real handler.

The sword itself wanted to reject me.

But I didn't want that.

I didn't want to be a copy of it, and so I went further.

During an impossible amount of time, I practiced each of the techniques of this sword.

I practiced up to the point where my techniques had surpassed their original user, I practiced up to the point where the sword recognized me.

Up to the point where Cliburn had recognized me as his master.

When I realized that I had totally mastered it, I stopped and looked at the sword to see if I had anything else to do.

My perplexity happened when on my other hand another Cliburn appeared and It retorted and took the form of an arrow.

Smiling I made the arrow disappear and put Caliburn nailed to the ground again.

Looking around I saw a countless amount of swords.

Then I decided for myself that I would master each one of them.

And this happened.

During all my time in this world, I practiced with each of the swords and weapons to the point that I was better than their original handler.

To the point that all weapons recognized me as their master.

Weapons like Excalibur, Gram, Balmung, Gáe Bolg, Gáe Buidhe, Gáe Dearg, Arondight, and all possible weapons.

I mastered them to the point of being better than the legendary Heroes who wielded them.

How many weapons have I mastered? I honestly don't know.

I stopped counting after 2,473,825 weapons.

Looking at that arid world I saw that it changed.

All his ground was now covered with thin and soft grass, the sky was starry dusk, flowers were all over the lawn further increasing its beauty.

With each word, I mastered I felt the world-changing as if it were me, and I was him.

And now I had arrived at the last one.

Ironically, it was the same word as in the beginning.

The same giant sword that I had seen myself when I first appeared here.

My appearance had changed, my face became sharper and more beautiful and my body alone could be described as perfect

Before I thought that weapons could not be used by human hands.

But now I knew that was not true.

The moment I picked it up I raised it easily over my head.

I saw the whole story about that gun.

A gun from a giant warrior with no name.

But it made no difference.

I trained and trained to the point that I mastered it and had become its master.

When I put it down I looked up at the sky and saw the stars shining.

It was as they had called me.

And I went.

There are several ways to reach the sky.

This world was mine, and so I could just fly there.

But I chose a better way.

Currents appeared at my feet like stairs that took me to the top.

These chains were one of my favorite weapons, marked by one of the most virtuous friendships from around the world.

They were the Currents of Heaven

Enkidu's chains the weapon of the Gods that he gave on his deathbed to your best friend Gilgamesh forever protect you.

They symbolized an unbreakable friendship, which surpassed all-time, chains created to contain gods so that they never escape.

When I reached the heavens I noticed that the stars were not really stars.

They were weapons and items that shone beautifully in the sky.

But they were not swords, spears, and axes.

They were shields, mounts, jewels, or even palaces that I had in the background.

So I did what I had done on land.

I used them one by one and mastered them.

For an incalculable amount of time, I trained with each of them.

Until I arrived at the last one.

It was a sheath.

Its luxurious equipment made of gold and decorated with blue enamel that more seems a treasure to show dignity and nobility as a crown or staff of what a weapon.

Moreover was not a mortal work.

I knew what it was.

It was Avalon the sacred and crowned sheath of King Arthur Excalibur's sword.

It was the ever-distant Utopia that King Arthur dreamed of.

I didn't have to do anything, the moment I looked at it the sheath came to me and accepted me.

I had mastered and been accepted by Excalibur and therefore the sheath of the sword accepted me would accept.

Then a flash of light blinded me and when it went out I saw myself again on the floor in my world.

But it existed here that it did not have before.

It was an immense statue that was in front of me.

Without knowing what to do I touched it.

And at that moment I remembered everything, who I was, my name, my...death.

After all this, I didn't understand all this.

During my life I loved animes and that's why this world I was in had that it was an illusion, for that could not be real.

But one voice answered my doubts.

When I asked her who she was, she answered something that scared me.

She was called Gaia.

She was the planet's intrinsic will to survive and prosper.

For me this was impossible.

Gaia belonged to Fate's anime she should not be real.

But until I remember where I was.

A world of unlimited swords with weapons of legendary heroes.

All this was real.

Then I questioned her how I died.

Then Gaia answered me that I didn't just die, but I was killed.

And the answer if who killed me was what shocked me.

Who killed me was Alaya.

She is the collective unconscious of humanity and the impulse for its survival as a whole.

Alaya constantly pushes humanity away from extinction.

And that shocked me because Alaya wanted my death? I was an insignificant person.

Then Gaia answered me.

Alaya was already without patience with everything that was happening, and so she solved take action.

Alaya wanted a champion, someone to exterminate all threats to her.

Alaya searched the entire world to find someone who met her criteria.

Then she found me and to make it work she killed me.

That reality marble I was in was given to me by Alaya.

She wanted to create a perfect warrior and that was me.

She wanted to create someone stronger than all the heroic spirits.

And my reality marble was my Noble Ghost, a mixture of Unlimited Blade Works by Shirou Emiya and the Gate of Babylon by Gilgamesh.

I would be the strongest of all because I would possess all the Noble Ghosts that exist.

But before Alaya caught me, Gaia arrived earlier.

Gaia caught me to prevent Alaya from completing her plans.

So I asked Gaia if she would kill me and she answered that no, nor

Even she was capable of this because Alaya was protecting me. After all, she didn't want to waste your work.

And finally, she gave me three options to choose from.

The first was to go with Alaya and become a meat doll without emotion that only would serve to fulfill its purpose.

The second was to go to the Throne of Heroes and perhaps one day be invoked.

And lastly, it was to send me to another world where not even she or Alaya had the power to reach me.

I chose the last option and asked where I would go and she answered that she did not know.

She could send me, but in this world, not even she would have the power to reach me bring back or get to know such a world, in this world I would start from the beginning as a child but I would have all the abilities that I currently have.

She then threw me in a portal and told me that I would have one more gift.

Darkness was the only thing I could see before reincarnation.
