7 Her Current World

Inside the long and luxuriously decorated corridors of a phantasmagoric castle, was a pair of figures walking through it. One of them looked to be a man in his early 20's while the other looked to be a young girl barely looking to be eighteen carrying a woven basket with a baguette peeking outside.

The man had a pure black coat with some red here covering his broad shoulders. It was designed like a vampire's cloak with a pair of silver crosses resting on both of his lapels with a silver chain connecting them together. He had a pair of calf-length black boots and a white pair of pants contrasting against his coat.

His facial features were stunning. He had a perfectly chiseled chin, an aquiline nose, and messy jet-black hair. He had slightly-pointed ears and sharp, piercing blood-red eyes, but that only made him have a kind of devilish beauty especially with that playful grin that hung on his lips.

He had a body that looked as if it was sculpted by the gods and fair white skin and had a height of at least 180 centimeters.

The woman trailing behind him didn't lose out to his beauty at all! She was wearing a princess sweet lolita dress and white knee-length socks covering her elegant thighs with a similar pair of calf-length booths the man was wearing on her feet.

She had spotless white skin and had fine features. She had silky white hair, unlike the usual aged kind and looked beautiful together with sky blue eyes which seemed as if they could gaze right into your soul. She also had a pair of slightly pointed ears like the man. It made her seem distant with the cold and impassive look on her face.

"Master, why don't we fly to our destination instead of walking?"

"Because walking is a form of exercise."

"Flying is also a type of exercise, it'll also save us time."

"I like walking more."

"The more time we waste on walking, the more time I won't be telling you a new story."

"...Fine"

And then a strange sight happened. Pairs of black wings sprouted from both of their backs. Tails had sprouted from their behinds as well. They opened a nearby window before jumping out and then soaring into an uncommon purple sky.

30 minutes later.

On a grassy green hill, the same pair of a man and woman were leisurely sitting down on a picnic blanket made out of top-class silk.

There were different dishes being served on the excessively extravagant picnic blanket. All of them were high-class and expensive dishes but looked to be a bit different than how it would look like on Earth.

"The more and more times I look at this world, do I realize the more it is different from my previous worlds." The man said as he gazed at the sky while sitting crossed-legged on the picnic blanket. And then the man turned his gaze to the girl before him.

"Don't you think so, Luna? Or should I say, Sylvia? Or do you prefer Yue? Maybe something else from your countless Stories?"

"You certainly right, Elio. Or should I say, Leo? Maybe you might prefer something else."

"Don't copy me!"

The two stared at each other for a while before bursting into a fit of laughter.

"Haa... I can't help but think back nowadays..." Luna lowered her head for a bit, seemingly lost in her own thoughts.

"Luna, the past is in the past. Let's appreciate the world we're in right now."

Luna looked at the man in front of her man and just simply smiled. "Now, let's get to that Story, you've been waiting for."

"Hurray! You said it's going to be a futuristic world with abilities this time. I'm so excited! This was one of my favorites."

"Okay, okay, let me start."

"Let me begin the tale of...
