21 Emergence of a Hunter

20 minutes ago from Azuka crashing into Ichina's room.

"Open the door," a knight yells at another knight. The Punishment Room's door opened and the knights walk in. "Prisoner, your time in here is up," the seemingly superior knight signals the other knight to go capture Azuka. Before the other knight could grab Azuka, he gets up and turns around. "Finally, I've been getting sick of this room," the knight brings out a chain and chains up Azuka. He covered his hands with a metal brace, that connected to chains surrounding his ankle.

"Is this really necessary? I swear I'll come peacefully," Azuka says while trying to ignite his hands, to his surprise his flames do not come out. Does this dampen my power? "Get a move on," the superior knight says.

Azuka and the knights get to an exposed bridge, Isn't this the place where that Giant got killed, Azuka thinks. It feels like forever since that happened. As Azuka looks around he sees a hooded figure perched on top of the dungeon walls. He stops to take a better look at it. "Keep it moving prisoner!" the superior knight says. Azuka points with the metal brace toward the direction of the hooded figure, "There is someone on top of the wall." The knights take a look where Azuka was pointing, the knight responsible for Azuka's restraints tightens the restraints. "We can't have you escaping-"

"Call the other knights!" the superior unsheathes his sword and readies for battle. Azuka begins to rub his hands together from within the metal brace. During his time in the Punishment Room, Azuka learned many new things about his Godly power. To maximize the heat output to further improve his training, he learned that if he already heats the outside of his body he could add more heat to his flames. He accidentally did this by exercising then immediately going into his meditation and body heat endurance training.

If I can heat up enough, I can get out of these shits, Azuka thinks. The hooded figure grins, quickly removes his hood and reveals a body covered with an external mechanical body. On the figure's back he opens up thrusters that activates without haste. He thrusts himself toward the knights and Azuka. "Where the hell are the other knights!" The figure hits the superior knight with his head, knocking him off the bridge.

The Figure barely lands on his feet and exhales, "Where are the knights? I knocked them all out." The figure starts walking toward Azuka, the thrusters on his back close and a battery icon appears on the closed thrusters. The battery was completely depleted, with a red flashing light coming from it.

"It was challenging to do that you know. I had to study the schedules for a week, choose a day where the weakest of the knights were on guard. Had to make sure to attack before you were scheduled to leave the Punishment Room. Had to knock out all the present knights from the beginning of the night to when you released. One of the many rules for Bounty Hunting... First isolate the target."

The Bounty Hunter was right in front of Azuka, he's tall, Azuka thought. The knight restraining Azuka uses the chains to attack the Bounty Hunter, Azuka is flipped and hits his head on the ground. The Bounty Hunter pulls out a gun and shoots the chains before they reach his face. He then activates boosters on his legs and delivers a spin kick to the superior knight who tried to attack him from behind, knocking him out in the process. He then turns around to deal with the other knight, but he was already getting knocked out by Azuka attacking him with the metal brace on his hands.

This guy is a lot weaker than I thought he was, Azuka thought. He turns to the Bounty Hunter who greets him with a smile. "You are Azuka Limgard correct," Azuka nods awaiting for another booster or thruster to emerge from his body. "I don't know why I asked. I knew it was you. I just had to make sure that you were the right guy. Only God knows what happened when I got the wrong guy." He performs the sign of the cross.

"Azuka, do you believe in God? I mean you are a reincarnation of a God. It has been proved multiple times throughout history that multiple Gods exist, but have you ever thought about the Gods being a creation from an even higher God? That is the God I believe in.." The battery icon on the Bounty Hunter's back beeped, indicating that the battery has been fully charged. He quickly activates the thrusters and rushes toward Azuka. However Azuka had prepared a counter attack in advance, hitting him on his head, knocking him towards the ground.

The Hunter activates his leg boosters to simetaneuosly kick Azuka in the chin and stop himself from falling to the ground. Once he lands and Azuka is off the ground, he uses the gun he has had in his hand the whole time to shoot at the restraints on Azuka. His metal brace and the chains connecting to his feet, shattered as Azuka barely lands on his feet.

"Why would you-" before Azuka could finish his sentence he gets another kick to the chin, this time it was a lot more powerful than the last. He gets launched to the air, following the attack Hunter uses his thrusters to get the same altitude. He then kicks again with his leg boosters on full power sending Azuka hurling toward Princess Ichina's room.

*Present Time*

Azuka puts his hands up with a pair of shorts on his head and some other pieces of clothing. Hunter aims his pistol at Azuka and smiles, "You are giving me a challenge Azuka. Well it is to be expected for someone with a bounty of two million cels." Ichina smirks at the Bounty Hunter, "This could be fun."

"Fun? Haha. Yes. Fun indeed," Hunter takes aim toward Ichina, but hesitates to pull the trigger. I can't attack her, if I do that could start a war between the Giants and the Bounty Hunter Guild. Hunter smiles, so I have to fight or kill Azuka while defending against a Princess that I cannot touch. Wait, am I supposed to bring him dead or alive. Dang it, I forgot. Just like that time where I got the wrong guy. Hunter sighs, Azuka and Ichina lower their guard.

"I'll just go with the more challenging route!" Azuka puts up his guard as Hunter rushes right for him without any of his boosters. Azuka puts up his guard, but stumbles a bit due to the repeated hits to his chin. Hunter takes the stumbling as a chance and lands a few punches on Azuka. It doesn't affect Azuka too much, he shakes his head and goes in for a punch. It lands but it doesn't affect Hunter too much either. Hunter uses his gun to shoot a shot at close ranged, but Azuka is able to block it with his flaming hand. He then ignites his whole body with fire, burning Hunter slightly, but he was able to back up just in time, avoiding serious damage. Azuka rushes in for another punch, but Hunter dodges.

Azuka blocks a couple of incoming punches and a hit with his gun before he ignites his right hand and delivers a devastating gut punch. It seemed devastating that is, Hunter was able to fortify the metal on his torso. As well as use the thrusters on his back to stop himself from flying away. "That is a nice punch, with power like that, you could give me an actual challenge without these thrusters."

Azuka delivers another punch with the same hand while using the other to block. The punch hits Hunter's face but it doesn't affect him. "There are multiple ways to throw a punch, going for the head is a smart-" Azuka throws another punch with his other hand that was ignited with flames. While throwing it he thinks back to his fight with the shadow and Junbar. Just enough to knock him out, not too much to kill him, I need to know control.

Azuka lands the punch on the other side of his face, his flames erupting as they do. Not even Hunter's thrusters could stop the force of the punch. Hunter smiled as he flew out of the window, this is a challenge he thought. He attempts to use his thrusters but they were out of battery. Dang it, I guess this would be mission failed, my leg boosters have run out of battery. My gun is missing, this is a complete failure.

I should have never relied on science to help me win. I should have believed in God and his plan for me. His mechanical parts started steaming and were unequipping from his body. He and his robot body fall to the ground.

Azuka catches his breath as he appears to be exhausted from the fight. He turns to Ichina who is once again surprised at Azuka battling, but was more mad. "My room! Half of it has been burned so badly, and my clothes too! Who's gonna pay for all this!" Azuka extinguishes his flames, "The hell? I was in a battle for my life. How is it my fault that I just wanted to make sure I was alive at the end of this."

Azuka and Ichina stare at each other with piercing stares.

Azuka chuckles, she reminds me of Emily, he thought.

Ichina chuckles too, I can use him to escape here. There isn't any especially strong knights on duty, plus it is the night so no one should be awake.

KNOCK KNOCK

Azuka and Ichina's heart drops, "Princess, I heard a noise, is everything okay?"
