"Wait!" Ryan pulled back his hand and on the bench under a tree. " Hush!" he gasped and rolled his on Maliah. "What's wrong with you? I just touch you shoulder as usual." he hissed.

Maliah stand still but she doesn't have any idea how they reached there. She zipped her lips as she could not explained him. 'If I told him she jumped out from the scene, he will definitely thought that I'm mad and tease me more. How should I make him ease....' she uttered inside her head and glancing around the spot. There she saw Jina was looking for her. "I just want to show that we are just friend in front of Jina, that's why." she sternly turned on.

"Who is Jina? Oh! My pretty bride's name is Jina. Cute!" Ryan smilet.

"Yeah! She is my friend and I wanna helped you but with a deal." Maliah stated with wicked face.

Ryan looked at her suspiciously " Deal?? What kind of deal?"

"You've to be my bestie and protect me from every men." Maliah stated vigorously.

"What? Do I looked like your bodyguard? And do you want died single without any man." Ryan gasped and continued flirty, "Or are you interested in me? But to me it won't be happened. Forgot about it." He disappointed Maliah and changed his glazed on the other side, but he saw Jina walked toward them. Suddenly, zinged his body like an electric shock. He dropped his jaw by the hot fashion of Jina. He blankly requested on Maliah, "Yeah! Do whatever? But kept me close to her."

"Hi!" Jina waved her hands on Maliah and turned into Ryan, "And you're?"

Ryan stand up and manly outstretched his hand with warm voice, " Hi, Jina! I'm Ry..." he paused his tongue and continued, "MAX! Nice to meet you."

"What is Ry...???" Maliah stared at him as she know he was hiding something. She thought that it must be another girl name. "Gizzzh! Ry! Ry!" she grunted.

Ryan rushed his hand in the pocket and hold down his nerves.

"It's fine. Nice to meet you, Max." Jina greet with a smile.

He looked at her face and murmured, "Don't do that. It's melt my heart." He swept the bench and asked her, "Could you please sit here?"

"Oh, thanks!" Jina appreciated him and sat between Ryan and Maliah.

"So cheesy!" Maliah split out of her mind. Ryan stretched his hand and pulled a string of her hair from back as a signal DON'T MESSED UP AT THIS MOMENT.

"Ah! I miss the pizza with full of cheese. Or is it mozzarella? I don't know." Maliah changed the topic wisely.

"Do you love pizza that much? Eat up! Eat up! Untill you became a pig." Ryan disappointed her. But he noticed Jina comfortably giggling and wanted to teased Maliah more, "You know she always smashed me from the first day of our class. From that moment, she is Hero of Combat."

"Stop there!" Maliah grunted and showed her fist.

"I think you two are match for perfect couples." Jina watched two of them.

"Couple! No way!" Both of them yelled at once.

Ryan glared at Jina and calm the situation with a warm voice, "No way! I have someone else in my heart."

"Yeah! And he is not match up for me." Maliah sternly stated.

"Maliah" Rima shout out loud as she saw her. She can't ran her heels but her voice heard like she was next to them, "You! How can you sat there so calmly? Do you know I look for you for the whole campus? But you are hanging around.." She gasped out a long breathe and walked as fast as she can.

"Come! Come! Sit here!" Maliah gave her a seat and fan her bag to cool down Rima's tempered.

Ryan glared at them but he didn't expect that Maliah would talk calmly and served her friend to cool down. He felt something different inside his instinct, like envious to Rima. "Oye! Don't make a scene around. If you can't shut her mouth. Then, let me try." he stated.

"What! You brat! Do you wanna died?" Rima yelled out to Ryan and moved about to jumped on him.

Maliah hold on Rima's waist and stopped her. Jina watched quitely all but calmly she control it all, "Hi! I'm Jina. But everyone were watching at us." She remind Rima and them were in the public place where anyone can saw when anything happen.

Ryan apologised, " Okay! I'm sorry." and stand up to stay out of the scene.

"Wait!" Maliah let Rima off and grabbed on Ryan's arm. She looked pleased. "You can't go. Let's talked about the deal at somewhere." she begged.

"Just print out or write on the paper and meet me at this same place at 12 after General English class." Ryan hissed as it was better to shortened the talks and stay out of the scene.

"No! I need you right now!" Maliah begged. She felt the day without Ryan would be spoilt by Sean. She grabbed his hand and aside a little. "It will start from today and I need you right now." she mumbled.

Ryan glanced with an arrow eyes that were ready to be thrown. "Why now?" he sternly.

"It's so Fresher's day, the good to start a good friendship." she claimed.

Ryan did not felt appropriate her reaction is not appropriated but he can saw that Maliah need him right now. He shook his head and lifted away his hand. "Fine." he stated and walked toward Jina.

Maliah gasped out and followed him. "So, Let's move to the hall and watched the programme." she comforted her friend.

But a red rose rushed in front of Maliah and stuck in her way. "Hey pretty girl! You deserve a boyfriend like me." Sean claimed to her as before and snapped a photo by his friends. Every act and emotions of Sean didn't changed except the spot. Everyone around them screamed at them, "SAY YES! SAY YES!"

Maliah felt suffocating and remembered she was left by Sean in her past memories. She felt annoyed and closed her eyes. While she was about to fallen on the ground by remembering the trauma done by Sean. Ryan rushed in like the sun and hold her as she was safe in his arm.

Everyone shut in silence, even the air. Maliah felt the warmth of Ryan and glazed at his face. She zinged in her heart and didn't changed her glanced from him. But at the moment she remembered her nasty past relationship in her memories disappointed her. She balanced herself to hold her position and stand straight.

"Maliah! Is is everything okay?" Ryan questioned and watched Sean cautiously.

"What! Who are you? And why are you interrupting?" Sean grunted.

"Asked her?" Ryan nodded his head toward Maliah as she had to answered the question.

Maliah noticed Ryan words and looked at him like her eyes were about to pop out. Her eyes were telling him, why she had to answered him.

"Yeah! Do you know him? Who is he to you?" Sean stared at Maliah as he was eagerly to find who is the man behind him.

Maliah has no way to skipped the scene rather than answering him. "Oh, he!" she looked at Ryan and hugged on his arm "He is bestie." she stated and gesturing at Sean to gave her way.

Rima and Jina hold Maliah's hands and pulled her out from the scene. But when Ryan was about to step out, Sean grabbed his coat. "You! You are just a friend. And you know what I want. So, you better not to crossed the line." Sean warned him.

Ryan shot back with cold icy eyes and pulled off his hand. "Yeah! Now, we are friend and I'm more important to her." he swept off his coat and walked away.

(In the girl washroom)

"Wow! Ryan is so cool. I didn't know that before." Rima claimed.

"But it's exciting. Proposal on first Fresher's day and it's also from another college." Jina stated and clapped. "Yeah! It's love at first sight." She pinned on Maliah.

"What! Love at the hell sight..." Maliah urged and wash her hands.

"But why did Max crossed in?" Jina confused with it.

Maliah remembered Ryan's warmly hold him and wave her hands as she need to clean her mind. "If he was not there, I'll be dead today. He is just a friend." she stated and step out together from the washroom.

But they saw Ryan waited outside the washroom. He moved toward Maliah, he hissed in her ear "Let's go home for today..."
