33 Tyrannical Spinster

Ria Zhang was sprawled in her bed. Her injuries were not hurting anymore but what worried her was the scar. Her personal maid, Lulu, went to CoTouchMe to try getting the scar removal cream. She sighed heavily as she rolled over, raising her hand in front of her face.

The encounter with the tiger was a first for her in both lives. The corner of her lips twitched as she realized that she might really had die the second time around if the wolf did not intervene. And because she didn't win, that meant she has no money. She owed a certain someone with two million Costa dollars. She sighed thinking where she would get the money.

Her sight landed on her personal computer. It has been three days since the competition ended. She got up from the bed and slumped down on the swivel chair. After typing a series of codes, a black window pop up. Her fingers flew over the keyboard, typing a bunch of words and sending it to her contact.

'We're going to borrow money from my brother," the message read.

The other side responded. 'So? Why are you asking me? Aren't you the sister?'

'Hack into my brother's bank account and borrow three million Costa dollars.'

The person at the other side almost fell from the chair after reading the message. 'I'm a hacker. Not a thief.'

Ria Zhang rolled her eyes before typing. 'That's why, I said borrow. We're going to return it after six months. That's enough time for an ROI.'

The person narrowed his eyes. 'I had difficulty in covering your tracks. Now, you want me to hack your brother's account? Do you want me to go to hell?'

'I'll escort you when you go there. But anyway, just do it.'

'I will not.' The other side vehemently refused. No wonder, this woman was the public enemy number one in Costa City.

'Okay, just wait for the police to raid your hideout.' Ria Zhang smirked after pressing the enter key, sending the message.

Hackers don't entangle themselves with the law agencies. Too much work and drama. 'Fuck! I'll do it, okay?!'

'That's the right way.'

The other side pressed his lips tightly, thinking of what just transpired.

He had been scammed!

Stanley Co clenched his jaw while listening to the report of his assistant. He was signing some documents when his assistant barged in.

"I lost three million Costa dollars?"

The assistant trembled slightly before nodding. His boss has a temper. Although three million was a small amount, the issue was someone really dared to steal from Stanley Co. They cannot wait to die so badly.

"Costa Bank has already launched an investigation into this matter," he informed Stanley Co.

"Mobilize our technical team. I want to know who has guts to steal money from me," Stanley Co said through gritted teeth. 'I will personally send this person to hell once I found out,' he added inwardly.

"Yes, boss!"

"Make sure that no one will know about this."

His assistant nodded. Stanley Co will be a joke in Costa City if the issue got out.

Ria Zhang didn't know how big the impact of her 'borrowing some money' from her brother. She was back in her bed when Lulu opened the door, the leaf banging against the wall.

"Young Miss, something bad happened!" Lulu exclaimed as she breathed heavily.

Without opening her eyes, she spoke. "What is it that you need to bang the door?"

"Your cousin took all the beauty products from the salon," Lulu said, lowering her head.

Ria Zhang pursed her lips. She didn't know who that cousin was and she could not asked without arousing suspicion. She opened her eyes before propping herself up, her two arms supporting her weight.

"That's too bad. We have no choice but to buy then." Ria Zhang will not allow her arms to have scars. She massaged her temple.

"But we don't have enough money?"

"I'll handle it."

Lulu remained silent. The truth was her Young Miss was not really talented when it comes to money. Sure, she was successful in other fields. But earning money was not one of them.

A beep was heard from Ria Zhang's computer. Eyeing Lulu, she went down from bed. " Go prepare some food. I'm hungry."

"Young Miss, we don't have stocks anymore," Lulu informed her. Her eyes twitched slightly as she prepared for an outburst.

Ria Zhang swiped thru the screen before inputting the password. "Then prepare to go out. We're going to the supermarket." Her eyebrows furrowed.

Lulu just nodded before going out of the room. She doesn't know how her Young Miss would deal with it. If things go wrong, she just have to call Young Master Co.
