11 Chapter 11: Meeting Emily

"What! it is 7:00 already" Alex shouted.

Xueyue winced

"I thought I told you I want to sl...." Xueyue said shouting at him turning back only to find empty bed she was surprised.

"I thought I told him it will be safe to stay indoor well that his problem" Xueyue said before going back to bed.

While

Alex was already in the air flying, When he got outside he was trying to run on land on full speed with wind to make him light and faster then he remembered that he will have to pass through fourteen gates to which he has no pass so he summoned his fire and wind element shooting himself in the air like a rocket with his fire and using air to keep himself stable in the sky, he shot up above the gate that were so as not to be seen by anyone. This skills were one of the basic skills he collected from the system, he was surprised because this couldn't be classified as a basic skill it could be an escape move and if that person could upgrade his element and control on it the skill was perfect.

Once he had passed the school he got down and used wind attribute to boost himself so as to increase his speed by twice running towards Golden star cafe since he couldn't fly for long, he started calling Emily immediately she picked

Alex: Emily I have sorry I am coming towards Golden star cafe right now something came up and I slept off, I am seriously sorry for keeping you waiting all...

Emily: Calm down I met your Butler and he told me you went to school and was injured so you are resting in school, are you okay now and what is that whooshing sound

Alex: So you're at my house, great wait right there I'm coming there immediately

After saying that Alex disconnected the call and started running toward his house which is opposite direction of the cafe.

"I doubt he can come, it is only if he has a strong backing in the school he will be let out at this hour, The propertriess is strict and the Sect Master and Great Elders doesn't interfere regularly" Emily was contemplating on whether to wait since he wouldn't be let out.

"I should call a Cab" Emily said calling a Cab.

After about 5 minutes he finally got to the house and saw Emily waiting for him with a cab already waiting for her and she was about getting in.

"I am here" Alex shouted immediately after ccgetting there

"What! don't tell me you ran with your current condition and how did you manage to get out of the school so easily for sure you will pass through a lot of process to get a pass" Emily said

"I flew over it and got here as fast as I can" Alex said nonchalantly

"Flew over it.... Never mind, You know you could have seen me tomorrow" Emily said though this is what she said she was happy that Alex would go through all this trouble just to meet her and she wasn't sure if she would get the chance again so she was happy within that he came. "Ma'am are you still going?" The cab man asked

"Oh about that...."

"Yes but it is going to be Golden star cafe"Emily was about to talk but Alex interrupted her before holding her hand and walked into the car with her, Emily only looked at her hands and his but didn't do anything when they were at the door Alex suddenly coughed out blood.

"Are you okay?" Emily asked

"I am okay" Alex replied while holding his chest

"It better if we go to the hospital" Emily tried to persuade to go back and rest

"No there is no need" Alex said stubbornly as both of them entered the Car.

When they were in the car Alex suddenly fainted, The cab man was already panicking since when Alex coughed out blood.

"Just so stubborn, he has exhausted himself" Emily said to herself

"Please can you take us home instead" Emily said to the cab man as she told him the direction of her house.

After about ten minutes the cab driver got there, since it was late the road wasn't too busy, she paid the driver.

After the driver went Emily checked around if no one was there, she couldn't take him through the door, she was working undercover on a case, so she is leaving here, she changed into her true form and spread out her wings it was golden and white and it was medium sized, enough to cover her body, she then carried Alex towards the first floor. Her house was a storey building with 5 floors, it was being dwelt in by notorious gang who are in the first, second and third floor, they were using it as a base, she wasn't the only officer here, all her team were here, the gang there were after where Cultivators working for someone, and they are none for their runaway plan. When she got into her building through the rooftop elevator, she placed Alex on her bed then started replenishing his Qi, After 10 minutes she was done but part of her Life force was sucked.

"His profound Qi has gone to negative it seems he over stressed himself, how is he able to use Negative Qi" Emily said wondering, she was happy that he cared about her so she pecked his lips, when she realised what she did she blushed and slept off beside him.
