10 Rock Golems

Having woken up although a little late, I decided to head directly into the river, my throat got a little dry so hurried myself on my way there, Ive kept drinking here since the day I came here, even without knowing where exactly did this water come from, I'm still okay with it as long that it remained clean. Having done drinking, once again I took a bath, this little fishes are of somewhat mischievous as they frequently touch my skin and sometimes went between my thigh. "Just grow up a litttttle bigger and I'll be sure to fry you all goooood enough" I'm starting to get irritated at them, the sensasion of tickling is strong and I hated it, but I cant deny that I keep blurting out weird sounds as I sometimes get caught off guard. With slight red face I decided to leave back to the land. I got a little used to seing my body as Im slightly less tense than before, its just that my hands keep on moving by themselves unconsciously... but that has nothing to do with me. This time I wear another pair of clothes, like last time It was a T-shirt and a pants, however the color is black on top and brown on bottom, I'll probbably try my hand on sewing aswell, If it comes to it I might even try smithing armors...

I ate the dried deer meat after grilling, I just cant stand eating raw meat, somehow the juices are there but the supposedly saltiness just wasnt there when you needed it "Seriously give me a salt".

Having finished my meal, this time I want to craft as much tools as possible. As tomorrow will be my leveling and hunting day. I bought the knife with me along with the empty bag, my goal right now is to head into the rocky area of the hollow rock formations. "I probbably need to name it, hmm... Hollow cliff? hollow- umm... maybe I'll just leave it at that" so I went into the hollow cliff, my goal this time is to find more of those stone chisel? just why did I forget what they were...

I found 2 of considerable sizes, now for the long pointed stones. "huh? What was this feeling? Left?" I rushed to hide on the stone covering on my left, this area is still on the hollow area and is covered by a cliff from the sun. Then slowly peeked at the back of the stone

"Rock Golems?"there's nothing else that could describe them as they are entirely made of Rocks even if their body are uneven, the joints remained functional. Surely they rocks

"Hmm... reasonable" This was a rocky area, must be the cause of nature, but how do they move themselves?. I slowly narrowed my vision to observe them, probbably due to the skill level my vision seems to magnify. But what caught my vision wasnt the mechanism of the golems but a pile of skeleton corpses that has weapons and scraps of broken armor

I wasn't horrified by the sight, but only slight feeling of hype as the feeling of snatching that loots exite me.

I slowly lowered my body, I only have one goal and that is to sneak up and snatch the loot, if ever I get caught on the act, I will run. Having finished my resolve, I pile the stones I collected earlier at where I stood, dropping heavy Items so that It wont effect my mobility Is a must even for Athletes, even If I can carry heavy stuffs, an uneven balance will still shake you off.

I nimbly aproached the position near the golem, the golem has a height of about 3 of me which is 1 and a quarter of a meter. After carefully observing its movements I begin to do a mental tick. The idle movements of the golem took about 10 seconds to move its head till 90 degrees , Its arms was huge so it doesn't move much, The arms is as big as a pillar but its feet are close to that of a regular human, It stands like a monkey with its long arms. There are 3 of them, 1 close enough to the corpses, while the other 2 are a little far away. If commotion were to happen those 2 are sure to come quickly, I havent gotten any Idea on how fast would they move at all since they stayed idle .

Slowly creeping my way to each boulders I made my way till the 5 meter distance, just 1 more and Im close enough. huh? the other 2 disappeared to one cliff to the direction of a forest, The rock formations are still surrounded by forest, as it seems to be at the middle of it. That leaves only this one here, I slowly approached the corpses but the golem suddenly jolted. On panic I rushed my way back to the boulder, "Did I got found out?" while muttering I tried to peek at the back...

only to see the golem move into where the others go... the forest

"Phew" like a storm that went by I slowly calmed myself and rushed into the pile of corpses. Apparently I found 2 soldier looking ones and 1 ordinary looking one, more precisely it looked like a merchant

For the soldier ones they only wear rugged looking clothes that I deemed to be unusable based on the stench and the way it got ripped, what Ive seen more of value is the rusted metal on their helmets and plate armor, one turned to scraps while the other only had scratches and dents, there are also a scraps of both their lances with broken sticks and a rusted sword. As for the villager its bag seems to have been ripped, Might aswell repair it, its cloth are no longer okay but the shoes it wears will prove to be useful to me, I tried ripping its cloth back with me as I may find some use for it later

Having done packing them I rushed back to the hollow cliff to get the stones and head back immediately, the overall weight didn't do much on my stats

"Haaah, That was nice, I haven't felt any exited for a long time" Having piled my loots on the table, I went and grill for lunch. I picked up some fallen branches and stab them around the house as an Improvised Fence

"Hmm, how about I do some smithing? I certainly need a nail and a weapon" the question is how would I get a hammer for forging, Ive certainly researched about forging but that only went as far as melting them and shaping them on carved containers, the modern forgery. What I needed more is durability than quality haaah, Was it the old forging techniques that molds the metal by the fire?

I need a place as well, cave have a certain thickness so its impossible to make a window for smoke to come out. That... worsen the burden I would take.

I took the rusted sword with me, as for the other ones, since the sizes are big I'll be needing some tools. This sword... Just how much of a small am I? its certainly a one handed sword but when I held it feel more of a two handed sword, the hilt was long as it was a soldier version, but that made things more complicated. I believe that they used the mass produced Iron sword and equipments for soldiers, I can't imagine it ever able to damage those Golems, even if to say it was new one. Have they possibly shifted into spears as they deemed the sword to be useless at the height difference?, quite the trained ones huh... but the impact of force certainly didn't make things any better. I wonder where they came from to even reach this place...

I bought the sword with me to the river to wash It. Using the leaves I tried to scrub the rust abit, then switching to chisel stones I tried scrubbing it harder

"Hmm... I didn't do much honestly, Would the fire be a better choice?" I brought the sword to the grill, I just ate recently there's nothing in there. I'm certainly not a lazy person that leave the fire burning near a forest, certainly not.

I brought the sword on the fire, but the size wasn't enough, plus it was a grill... yea..., the sword was almost on a meter long. The way I carried it home was by a princess carry along with the ok ones while the scraps were on the bag

I tried digging a different hole with slightly different setting on a different area with a different ground component, its absolutely different. It was clayish dirt but it wasn't sticky, you can't say it was clay since theres no water nearby. I dug a considerably deep one and put the woods just like putting an arrow on a quiver, then lit it with the fire crystal. I put the Inner part of the sword near the fire, It was wide enough to cover half of it, "I wanted a kiln haaah" just like how I cooked I flipped It and scrubbed it, I wasnt sure if it'll affect the metal however since it was an old one I wasnt particularly mindful about it, not unless it broke while on combat

Finally finishing the job, I put the meat on the grill. It took me considerable time to heat it, along the process I tried checking for its detail by using Appraisal

[Rusted Iron Sword: Low Quality]

The process ended with it turning into

[Old Iron Sword: Low Quality]

Seriously, That took alot of time. Setting it to cool down on the sides, I ate my fill.

That sword did change however the quality is as low as ever, but even when I tried to sharpen it the information didn't even change

{Unavailable}

"The Unavailable remained intact, but seriously some skills grew and there's on that even got a branched skill"

[Shadow Steps: Grants dead silent movement, the movement further gotten silent that not even a gust of wind can be made]

"This may prove useful at the future, ahaha" just thinking about stealing from the shadows, just how much would I get

As for the new skills, its true that im familiar with tinkery, as whenever I find a broken toy I would immediately dismantle it and make something out from it. But surprisingly It didn't branched to anything... perhaps this skills never had one and just further improves

I peeked on it a little further...
