The sound of the heart

Presentation My name is Jonathan Cardoso and this is a special story for you. English is not my mother language, but I have learned to translate my books, I apologize for the mistakes you will find here. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.                                 - Preamble - We live today in a materialistic civilization, where material goods have been humanized and people are treated as if they were things. It is not very difficult to go out on the streets and see people clinging to their IPhones or smartphones with more love than if they were a child or any other loved one. Meanwhile, the human being distances himself from one another: they talk to their friends via WhatsApp, when in the past there was a circle of friends in a bar or at home. Sadder than that, it is when we open a newspaper (who still does it) and read the sad news: war, theft, murder, hunger, misery anyway, in three pages we read, only a single line is a good thing. Presidents fight for power, men kill to steal things, rulers steal to get rich. Man destroys nature and nature defends itself against man. The solution is dialogue and dialogue are when two or more people exchange words; be it the sweetest words in hours of joy or the hardest words in the hour of anger, but the human being is unable to hear beyond the words that are spoken by the mouth, their souls are dry and that is why they cannot hear the voice of the heart.
