3 Chapter Three: Are You Listening ?

"Diana DiMitri—!" Ceil called Diana's full name.

"God! Why are you shouting at me?" Diana hiss Ceil in return.

"Cause it seems you are like a statue. Did something happen on the way?" Ceil is concerned yet making fun of Diana who's zoning out.

"Not exactly. But say, there's no coincidence is there? When you say something as it's exactly just as what happened is purely a coincidence right?" Diana claimed she was fine and questioned nearly understood by Ceil.

"Yeah, just a coincidence." Ceil, agreeing with her anyway, while eating her burrito.

"And what are you eating Ceil Lux?" Diana notices Ceil holding a burrito and teasing her to share,"Not care to share some?"

"Sorry, one customer per burrito." Ceil claims for only one is available.

"I should have known." Diana's sarcasm annoyed tone.

"Ms. Perrin—". Diana pretending to look at distant

"Where?" Ceil panicking asks.

"Gotcha—!" Diana playbacks Ceil.

"Fudge, don't startled me in the morning." Ceil burrito starts slipping out her hands.

"Ah my burrito breakfast." Ceil upsets while looking at her burrito dripping out from her hand to the ground.

"Oh here's the bus." Diana avoids Ceil's intermediate reaction.

"Yeah. Throwing her burrito into a nearby garbage bin." Ceil feels nothing she can do but to say goodbye to her burrito.

"Usual place. The back of the bus." Diana asks Ceil while getting on the bus.

"Yup the usual place." Ceil looked down and gathering her thoughts why would Ms. Perrin would be in her neighborhood. It's possible that she might, it's accessible to anyone.

"Hey, what are you thinking?"Diana notices her silent disturbance.

Nothing, just deep in thought of what to eat when we get there. Ceil's food humor excuse.

Ceil became aware of Ms. Perrin's presence whenever she was on the campus.

Ceil grabbed Diana towards the cafeteria to justify she wants food before going their first class period. Ceil bought herself a hotdog sandwich and Diana got tuna sandwich while trailing the campus's hallway so they could make it on time before the class started.

As they finished their sandwiches, Mr. Davidson was right in front of the class writing about ancient history: The Greek Mythology.

"Interesting." Diana seems struck by luck.

"Okay class please be seated at your proper seat and not to seat one another. Bullying is prohibited under the university's rules and regulation, once comprise shall have legal action within the premises proved you have violated the duly."Mr. Davidson reminds the violation will condemn them bad.

"Back to our main subject—,"Mr. Davidson continues."The Greek Mythology. The Greek history has several Gods and Goddesses. The God of Earth, God of Water, God of Air, and God of Fire. Then, the Planetary Goddess. Sun,Moon,Mercury,Venus,Mars, Earth,Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Pluto.

In our modern sciences Pluto has been excluded as a planet considering just the size of our moon classified as an asteroid. And still as tradition goes we still consider our Pluto as a planet and as thanks he sends us heartfelt that we can search on google. Thus making us blushed a little." Mr. Davidson's brief science and humour information.

He continues."Then, we have the God of Love named Venus and lover of Eros. The relationship which did not end well for both sides."Mr. Davidson gives double meaning not only from before but also happening right now.

"The most and Supreme God of Greek mythology is the God Zeus. The God of all goddesses. Made love with an ordinary mortal, known as human. Perseus, the fruit of that love and given to his people yet forsaken and corrupt belief, known as illegitimate child of , the God of Thunder, Zeus." Mr. Davidson explains lineage.

"Among the descendants of Perseus was Odysseus, though claim he was entirely human henceforth, there is a witness who he had divine blood during the Calvary of Trojan war." He then explained who were the descendants after the era of creation.

Diana raises her hand.

"Question?" Mr. Davidson asked.

"Yes Sir, If Odysseus was the descendant of Perseus. Then, the descendants of Odysseus have also divine blood themselves? Does it mean we're mere humans capable of having goddess within ourselves?" Diana's curious question.

"Good question Ms. DiMitri. In this case, these are folklore, a myth that can be proved and can be debunked. Nevertheless it's not true at all in human history." Mr. Davidson answered Diana's question, hoping it had satisfied her curiosity.

"Have I answered your question Ms. DiMitri?" He then questioned her.

"Yes, thank you Sir" But Diana seems unsatisfied in her mind and still searches for the connection.

"Okay class please take a note of these ,this will be at our Preliminary until Final Examination questionnaires." Mr. Davidson advised his class to take down notes from the following.

When class had ended Diana went to her club ' The Akashi' but the professor handling the club dismissed for the meantime and instead she tagged along Ceil to the public library and studied Akashi's masterlist project research had brought them from last meeting.

Ceil pop-up from Diana's left side and asked what she was looking for while Diana searches the top shelves then as below of the book's name.

"I was searching for these listed here and took note of what we have discovered." Diana answered back.

Ceil asks Diana to look at the list, " Can I see?" Diana then handed her list over to Ceil.

" Woah! This is a pretty long list." Ceil was amazed.

Ceil starts innumerate from the list.

" The Akashi Research Project 101," She continues.

"1. Do you know who you are?; 2. You're not an Accident; 3.Metaphysic works; 4. Universal outside yourself; 5. Dimension and Illusion; Blah, blah—" Ceil stops and no way she can finish it by two pages research list.

"Yeah kind of eyesore when you read all of them." Diana mocking Ceil who was bad at reading it all.

"I'm just in saving mode." Ceil lazily excuses herself for not having fun reading books and stuff.

"Yeah, yeah whatever you say, pal." Diana just shrugged.
