As Devin was walking back to the mansion, he saw Angeal who was now in her maid outfit, tending to the plants by watering them with a hose. He stopped in his tracks and his body stiffened when the girl looked at him, her face turning beet red as she remembered what had happened last night.

'Ah! He's here!'

Remembering the protocols, the girl put the hose down for a while and bowed down to greet their master. Since her hair was in a messy bun, her long curly hair wouldn't be able to hide her embarrassed face.

'Just go away and let me do my task before I go to class, please...'

Seeing her reaction, Devin cleared his throat, then walked past her as the girl's body still hung low.

He was walking away from her but his heartbeat doubled its pace and with every step he took, he felt as if he were in slow motion. From the corner of his eye, he looked at Angeal and a thought flashed in his mind.

'Why am I so embarrassed? Ugh... why do I have to be so drunk last night?'
