97 Take It Slow

After Arlo and Angeal watched the movie, it was almost 6PM. The two of them had left the movie theater and were already outside. Arlo smiled at the girl then spoke.

"I have night duty today. It will start at 8PM and will end at 2AM. Want to have dinner before I walk you home?"

Hearing his question, Angeal smiled sweetly then shook her head. She then typed on her phone then showed him the text.

"It's okay. Let's just hang out at the park then walk me home."

With her suggestion, Arlo nodded as he put his arm around Angeal's shoulder then the two of them walked towards the nearby park.

"I hope today is not boring for you, Angeal," Arlo said, making the girl shake her head to disagree.

"It's fun," she mouthed slowly, making sure Arlo would understand. The boy grinned from ear to ear, satisfied that Angeal was having fun even though their date was just simple.
