124 Caught in the Act

It was already late at night when they finished with their tasks for the day. It was around 11 PM when Ivar and Gwen agreed to meet at the garden secretly.

They agreed to have a rendezvous because they have found this week very stressful, especially with the events that had transpired today about their master's sudden illness.

When Gwen had already filled them in about what had happened during their disappearance, Ivar found it surprising that their Almighty Seraphim had visited them. She did so because she wanted to help in her son's recovery.

Gwen had arrived in the maze first. They only agreed to meet at the west side of the garden's maze, on a dead-end for their late evening date. Gwen was wearing a flowy nightgown, with a shawl that wrapped her shoulders. She sat on the grass as she looked at the sky, waiting for Ivar's arrival.
