169 Nianshi's Engagement Ceremony

Xinyi spent the rest of the day reading the first Sorceress book. To her delight, the fighting technique was interesting. 

I am the first Sorceress blessed by the Great King to become the Chief Guardian in Chiji, so there are no written books about how the Chiji's Kore operates. Everything I've written here results from my investigations, travels, and personal experiments.

The Chiji Chief Guardian's powers are all from the Kore, but my bloodline's power won't work in Chiji. My Zeirean's clan bloodline relies on magical incantation and instruments, but Chiji's Kore negates these types of magic. This was my struggle when I came here.
