The Enemy Is Prepared!

Within the camp, Dharamy and Loessil lay motionless, their bodies battered and their consciousness slipping away. Hours passed, and as the moon rose high in the sky, a faint glimmer of life returned to their eyes. Slowly, they regained consciousness, their bodies throbbing with pain. A figure stood above them imposingly and stared at them directly.

Behind him, August, Diana and Claire were also in the room, alongside key members of Maersult's circle such as Theron.  

"Speak now, there is no time to waste," Maersult commanded, his expression inscrutable. "What happened at the site?"

Dharamy and Loessil had pained expressions on their faces as the memories of the ambush flooded their minds. With his voice weak and trembling, Dharamy recounted the horrors they had faced.
