Chapter 12 Demigods acting like Normal Children

Piper Mclean was just like any normal demigod. She has ADHD and Dyslexic and loved to caused trouble intentional or not. Just like us. That's why we get along great.

The four of us was just walking around the park, a bit far away from the filming but near enough for Tristan to still see us. The dracaena was secretly killed by my shadows when she tried to corner us near a restroom we walked by. Which caused me to let out a deep breath having my problem fix before it could do any damage.

We were having fun talking about our hobbies and other things that interest us. Katie's hobby was planting and gardening, no suprise there . Percy's hobby was swimming, again no suprise there. My hobby which caused Katie and Percy to be surprised was meditating and caused Piper to raise a brow.

"Meditating huh? I don't think any kids our age would be having fun doing that boring stuff." She said.

"That's because he's an old man inside a kids body." Percy jab at me while laughing.

This comment caused the two girls to start laughing aswell.

Honestly even though I know its an insult, I'm not really offended cause its true. Though being reincarnated in a child's body is a secret I plan to take to my grave.

They are still laughing.

But even then, even I have limits.

I gave them a smug look.

"Heh if you guys know why I'm meditating you guys will be begging me to teach you." I said arrogantly.

"Oh and pray tell what is your oh so great reason for meditating?" Piper asked me.

I gave them a big smirk. And proceeded to point at each of them.

"You. You. and you. All of you have ADHD and Dyslexia right?" I said.

"Of course. Same for you right?" Katie asked.

"I did have dyslexia and ADHD. But I got it under control so I won't be fidgeting in place or not being able to stay in one place for long all because of meditating. I can now also read other languages other than Greek. But I admit it was hard at first but I still was able to do it in the end." I said once again giving them a smug look.

This statement caused them to have their jaws drop. Demigods are know for not being able to stay in place for long and can't read any other language other than Greek which causes them a lot of problems. Like when you're in class you can't pay attention to the lesson because you can't focus on it for to long. Or when something important is happening your mind wanders because of your ADHD. Or you can't read what's. written on the board because of dyslexia.

"Dude why didn't you tell me!" Percy and Katie yelled. I shrugged.

"You never asked." I told them.

"You are so teaching me when get back home." Katie said with authority with Percy nodding along.

Piper just laughed at our bickering which caused us to smile.

We still continued to bicker back and forth until we didn't notice that it was beginning to get dark.

" Piper, let's go were going to our new place!" Tristan yelled for Piper while walking towards us.

I looked at Piper.

"You guys gonna live here?"I asked.

She nodded.

" Yup! Dad's gonna be filming his movie for a while, so we'll be staying here rather than going back and forth everyday. Who knows maybe we can play again? "She asked with hope.

" Of course we will! "Katie said to her.

As Tristan reached us he then looked at the four of us.

" Hey kids since it's about to get dark why don't you guys hop on my car and I'll bring you guys to your homes. "He told us.

" Sure! "Percy and Katie didn't hesitate since they're now friends with Piper and Tristan did leave a good impression on them. And even still if Tristan did turn out to be a bad guy I'm confident we can take him.

" Will there be candy? "I said with a grin.

This causes Tristan to twitch and this caught a few peoples attention.

Piper, Percy and Katie started to laugh and me and Tristan joined in not long after.

We were on our way home on Tristan's car when I spoke up.

"You guys wanna sleep over tonight?"I asked them.

" Sure, I was gonna ask either way cause my moms gonna be working overnight and I don't wanna be left alone with stinky Gabe. "Percy said and I nodded at that. Then he widens his eyes.

" Can I borrow some of your clothes I forgot to bring mine. "He asked while scratching his head.

I nodded.

" Sure. " I said.

I looked at Katie.

" You know I wont say no to a sleepover. "She said with a grin which I returned.

" Your mom still has my clothes I left behind from last time right? "She asked to which I nod.

" Good. "She nods approvingly.

I then looked at Piper for her answer and she looked caught off guard.

She pointed at herself unsure if I'm talking to her.

" Yes you. Do you want to come sleep over aswell? "I asked.

At that her face brightens a lot and she looks at her dad with a pleading look.

Tristan couldn't help but smile at his daughter's eagerness. And how can he say no to his only daughter?

" Sure, after we bring them home, we'll go home and pack a few things for you to bring for your sleepover." Tristan said which caused all of us to grin.

When the car stopped in front of my house me, Percy and Katie got out and ran towards it while Piper and Tristan walked towards our house slowly.

" Mom! Were home! "I yelled.

Someone opened the door and we saw my mom smiling at us warmly.

" Hey mom can you call Percy and Katie's parent? They're gonna be sleeping over tonight. "I said with enthusiasm.

" Of course, and who are those people behind you? " She asked.

Tristan walked forward and reached out his arm for a handshake while having a bit of red on his face. 'Heh, even a celebrity is charmed by my moms beauty .' I thought with pride

'But Tristan sorry, even of your my friends dad I wont allow you to date my mom, not until you prove yourself to be a truly good person that can make her happy. ' I thought seriously.

" Hello miss, my name is Tristan Mclean and this is my daughter Piper. " He introduced himself and Piper.

" Hi!" Piper happily said while having a knowing and mischievous look in her eyes.

My mom just smiled at them.

"Well Mr. Tristan I would like to thank you and your daughter for bringing my little trouble makers home safely." She said still with a warm smile. Tristan face just got a bit redder.

"I-It was not a problem infact I would like to ask for your permission to let my daughter join the sleepover, would that be alright?"He asked.

" Of course. "My mom said.

" Thank you. " He said bowing his head.

He looked at his daughter.

" Come on Piper, the faster we prepare your things the sooner you can join the sleepover. " Tristan told Piper.

Piper nodded and pulled Tristan to the car and we just waved bye to them.

When Tristan and Piper left Percy and Katie went towards my room and started to prepare another bed for Piper. Its only me and my mom left.

I looked at my mom.

"You know he is attracted to you right?" I asked her.

"I know and not to brag but I'm already used to it." My mom proudly/childishly said.

I just sighed and shook my head while I started walking towards my room leaving my pouting mother on the door.
