Having talked through Joan's idea of what was happening, David was able to see the merit in what she was proposing. Her logic made sense. While he could enforce the plan on his subordinates, he wanted them on board with this, because it went against what they had talked about for their actions and would require those embedded in the Gong Cartel to be ready to adapt.

After calling a meeting of his key subordinates, David dragged Joan into the ensuite bathroom, and into the shower. They had a little time to indulge themselves before needed to head into the secure meeting room.
