Found in the iceberg

I felt numb,guess this must be what he would be feeling till he passed on to the afterlife (if there was such a thing).

He really should've looked both ways before crossing the road like everyone in his life told him,well he would rather feel numb at the moment rather than intense pain if he was being honest.

Suddenly his ponderings were interupted by memories that at first he was confused by he eventually identified them as Aang's ,the protagonist of Avatar series.

I witnessed his life from birth to till when he ran away from the temple and got trapped in the iceberg.I also recieved all the knowledge of his skills and abilities.

Just as the memories ended I felt a collapse around me and fell on the cold ground.

I opened my eyes to see a girl over me with a concerned face which turned to a relieved one.

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah mostly."I said standing up slowly.

"How did you even get trapped in that?"asked the boy poking the iceberg with a spear.

Just then another large piece of ice cracked and out of came a flying creature I recognised as Appa,Aang's(well I guess now mine) pet flying-bison.

Appa stared for a bit confused at his surroundings,before spotting me and coming closer to me to which I petted him.

"What is that?I have never seen something like that before."said the boy who I now recognised as Sokka.

"My flying-bison Appa and as for me I'm Aang" I informed.

"Nice to meet you Aang, I'm Katara and this grumpy guy is my brother Sokka"

"Hey! I'm not grumpy!and besides you haven't told us how you ended up in there"he said pointing to me with suspicion.

"Well that's a long story and besides I kinda hungry"I said with a sheepish face as my belly growled.

"Well our home isn't far out,we could take you there"said Katara.

"Are you sure that's a good choice,he could be dangerous."Sokka said trying to be quiet but I could still hear him.

They seemed to argue on it for a while,but later by the looks on their faces it was ear Katara won.So I guess I was going to the Southern Water Tribe.I tried my best as I could to relax while sitting on a flying Appa but I barely could,I knew I only had a year to learn all the elements before Sozin's comet arrives but I wasn't sure if I could do it in time or even at all.
