48 Neuling Kingdom's Capital, Rila

Alaric had arrived in front of the capital of the Neuling Kingdom. There was a long line of people, each seeming eager to arrive within the great city. With the pungent smell of body odor surrounding him, Alaric took in the sights of the familiar city.

The city walls were of great majesty, climbing to a height that would dwarf any invaders that dare to challenge it. The impressive barrier's cobblestone walls and red joints stared back at Alaric, the soldiers atop the wall's inbuilt watch towers threatening those who would want to take action.

'Funny how this dinky, sand-made road leads to such a beautiful city.' Alaric thought.

Quietly, Alaric hypothesized that the roads were only of subpar quality so that the city's light would shine even brighter.

Soon, Alaric and Pamela were at the front of the line, the latter of the 2 obviously being the ring on his right hand.
