Fallout

The world fell into chaos as countries got into a war. The East and the west. The perfect global civil war. Even Russia separated into two countries. Bio weapons had just been a thought at the time. This war was started the year 2285 A.J. That means after Jericho. It was the event that United the Middle East. But it became United after it was leveled by three countries firing Jericho level warheads. This event changed the world as every country in the Middle East came together to be one super power.

The Middle East decided to unionize under one flag and call themselves The Union Of The Golden Desert. They became the biggest in every aspect that a country can be. They held enough power to challenge the United Countries of The Americas. This divided the world all of Asia and eastern Russia joined the U.G.D while western Russia and Western Europe sided with the U.C.A. This lead to the bloodiest and longest lasting war that had ever happened to humanity. By the end the death toll was both world wars times seven.

Now to describe to you the events that happened to end this war. First the western alliance mounted a large offensive against the capital of the U.G.D but the foot soldiers couldn't break through. This caused them to pull the biggest air raid since the Battle of Britain during World War Two. During the air raid they broke down every major medical facility in the country and that is when they started dropping a virus designed to destroy. A weapon of a micro scale they called it.

The one thing they didn't know was that a group of stealth bombers had been on their way to the U.C.A. The dropped bombs of the same form across every major city on the west coast. The world fell into chaos shortly after. I would have given it a three week period before a treaty was signed and every virus expert in the world was mobilized to the only island in the planet not infected. This became known as the Great World Effort. The G.W.E. shut down the entire planet. This broke apart families for a period of time that will remain unknown and could be forever as far as everyone knew.

Churches took advantage of the situation and tried to unite everyone under the Bible's word. This caused greater division between everyone but those it did unite went through great lengths to make sure everyone was supplied. Corporations raised the prices on all of their supplies due to trade restrictions being raised and all loading and unloading needing to be done remotely with drones. Everything being delivered was sanitized and carried by drone. The world slowed to a halt human activity wise. This only lasted for so long before someone spoke up.

Riots began to get instigated by radical groups on both sides of the debate. Some causing them to try to break the silence and other starting them to wage war against the people trying break the silence. This was happing across the globe. Even elections had stopped leaving countries controlled by warlords and dictators under the iron grip of that leader. Africa was a good example of this issue. The virus left the whole continent under the control of a warlord named Mahek Abdula. He was the one that supplied both sides with the virus in the large amounts that it was used.

Abdula had this all planned out as well. The moment the world went dark he started to spread across the Mediterranean. Starting with Italy which happened to be really close to the African capital. He took their south and just marched through their empty streets and straight into Rome. This ended with him executing the Pope and the Italian president on world wide television. No one could do anything to stop him. The G.W.E. said that the only known cure was in Africa and without having it they couldn't make more.

The virus moved to fast for anyone not given the vaccine to go outside. The world didn't have enough anti-viral suits to give to ever soldier. Everything was to expensive and no one wanted to let anything go for free. The world was learning the price of placing money above humanity. Abdula continued to go east and west walking into capital after capital with his soldiers. Showing the world that placing everything into the hands of one country was bad. It was even worse if the country was controlled by a warlord. The only reason they trusted him was because he united Africa under one banner in a seven year war.

Now the world is starting to wake up but it is to late. The world has stopped and nothing can be done about it. The worlds hands are tied by a virus and Abdula has a gun to its head. The only "saving grace" is that Abdula took all the countries around the Mediterranean and stopped. The only thing wrong with it is he holds the most land in the world now. Think of the world as a business model and all the world leaders are share holders. Abdula makes all the decisions for the business. Abdula runs the worlds supplies now. Through his actions the U.G.D. Is now one third of its old size.

Abdula is the only person that can turn the world back on and he knows it. So the stories in this document are written accounts by soldiers and survivors during the events after the "Fallout" of the as it is now known "Viral Civil War."
