Chapter 9

Everyone is here hiding something!

Kayla was a stripper before the apocalypse and she joined his bunker with Aamon but she had a bold and wild personality that made many people frown in annoyance.

There is even a rumour about her sleeping with every male survivors here and even with the Boss, Ethan.

Ethan immediately said

"That's bullshit I never even talked with her before . Don't spread false rumours or else they will get punishment for a whole week"

When Ethan angrily said that everyone thought it was just a bad rumour so they left it behind but deep down some people still believed it wholeheartedly.

Back to scene

Ethan looked at Denmis coldly which made the other party feel uneasy and uncomfortable .

He forcefully suppressed his uneasiness and said

"No it's not true ! I have already broke up with this woman and I didn't kill Kayla at all don't slander me!"

Samuel gave a mockery at him

"Hehe no one said that it was you who did it "

Denmis felt speechless but his pale face showed another thought.

Ethan looked at others and saw Gary had a confused face which proved that this murder could not be related to him, judging by his confused look .

As for Sera she had interested look and she gave him smile when he saw her which made him shudder for a moment .

'Damm all of these people are too weird'

When he was about to test Gary to get some information , Mei calked him.

"I think I found something"

This shifted someone expression slightly .

Ethan looked at her and said calmly

"And what is that ?Did you found the culprit ?"

Mei shook her head and said with her usual cold tone

"No but I get some strange clues here which is quite .... abnormal"

Ethan waited for her to finish her sentence first and so she did .

"The murderer stabbed Kayla six times on her body and I think the murderer had a great hatred for the victim so he didn't end her at first stab instead he stabbed her six times which shows his hatred and anger towards the victim" .

She paused for a moment and looked at everyone , then she continued again with cold tone

"What was strange is that the victim didn't scream at all when she was stabbed multiple times so I think the murderer prevented from her screaming or it could be other reasons . And the culprit left the murderer weapon in the crime scene which indicates that he/she must be first time killing so they were absolutely panicked "

After saying all of this , she looked at Clara in cold face . Obviously she believed that Clara should be the murderer from all the reason she found .

Ethan kept quiet and waited for Julia to finish her inspection . After some minutes , Julia came towards them frowning .

He looked at her and said

"What did you find Julia? Any clues ?"

Julia nodded her head and looked at Mei slightly then she spoke

"Boss Mei reason is half right because the victim didn't scream at all because she was drugged and I can't identify the drug because we don't have any medical facilities for it and I'm not proficient in that field too."

Ethan didn't become disappointed with it but instead he waited for her to completely finish her words .

As expected she didn't let him down , instead she said with certainty

"Boss there is another matter which is absolutely certain and that is the murderer should be male "

Mei said before Ethan could respond to Julia words .

"Why do you think the murderer should be male and not female?"

Julia gave her a glance then said coldly

"I also thought the murderer was a female first but when I inspected her mouth I found there was white liquids present and there was some strong hand-marks on her body .....but pity we don't have equipment or else we could have easily found out the culprit ."

Mei didn't focus on other words except the term 'white liquid' .She thought for a while and said coldly

"Are you saying that the victim was having intercourse before getting stabbed ?"

Julia said without hesitation

"Yes and I can even tell that she shouldn't be dead more than 2 hours since the blood is still dropping wet....and "

She hesitated for a while then came forward at Ethan then whispered in his ear something which made his eye glint with thoughts.

After saying that she stepped backward and Ethan confirm with her

"Is that true?"

Julia replied in confidence

"Absolutely "

Ethan nodded and said to the survivors with cold tone

"Anyone have any idea who could be the murderer now?"

Everyone looked at each other and shook their heads indicating they have no ideas . Only Samuel looked at Denmis coldly

He abruptly caught Denmis and demanded coldly

"Why do we need to think since he should be the murderer!"

Denmis clutched Samuel hands to get free but pity after awakening the ability , Samuel physical strength has risen slightly and what more he was a street fighter before so his fighting experience was superior compared to Denmis .

"Y-you what are you doing ? Re-release me!"

Samuel sneered and said

"Do you think we will let you go ? So that you can kill others ? Dream on!"

Aamon immediately echoed afterward

"Yeah lets lock him up"

Gary was even more vicious

"Let's thrown him to zombies and avoid future trouble "

John looked at the scene in silence and didn't say anything . Julia and Mei were simply thinking about their respective ideal while Sera who always had a smiling face was frowning which made him surprised .

He said to her in cold voice as usual

"Sera you have something to say?"

Many people was surprised to see their Boss asking opinion to new survivor . They just thought that their Boss was asking for polite way but the next moment they were shocked to hear the words from Sera

"I don't know who is the real murderer here but one thing for sure is that the second culprit is with us ......"
