Chapter 1: You're own shop you just inherted

Year is the 2018 a bit not so great yet not so bland, my name your wandering it's Derick Fujima. Yeah strange name but can't blame the persons who gave me this name im a bit of a mix father american and a mother japanese for the reason my old man married into my mom's side of the family yeah that would get a shocker but dad loves mom although im not gonna go into how they met and got me.

The thing is my great grandparents mom's granps and granny happened to passed away at the age of 130 & 120 go figure such a well super healthy couple with todays issue of health they might be the worlds oldest couple but this is not the main part.

Lawyer: " Greetings Mr. & Mrs Fujima, I'm Hoshi Fukuma you're Grandparents lawyer and last will and testament deliverer.

Mom: "Good day to you too mr. fukuma we receive that call from you saying my grandparents left us something in their will."

Dad: "Yeah when we recieve that call from you her family was shock although the in-laws expected this why only me amd my wife are here?"

Mr. Fukuma: "Thats what i'm going to discuss why you are here and also to you're son Derick this was whats written here no lies or scam this is what they wished and willed it you folks. "Here let me read it out loud to you." First to my precious grand daughter although you are now aware we are gone we leave to you our monetary and prize items on the list which is meant for you and youre husband this is also the same as to youre other family members. "This here is a check for a million in cash with a key to a storage unit to youre items that is separated to you from the other family members."

Secondly this is the most high priority to our Great Grandchild Derick yours is a little shop that is a bit far out of the city limits near the mountains. This here is yours to do whatever you so chose but you must not sell or get rid off, Fukuma:"This is where i don't get either off all others only you derick right here is gets owning a small shop that the two old folks handed over to you." "Got any idea why?"

Derick: " I don't know i only know them and sped a little time with them during family gatherings and on holidays, why would they leave me this shop that even i don't know off as well."

Mom: " okay son that's what they handed to you not even my own mom and dad where given that or heard of it tjis must be a separate thing from them."

As everthing was slowly coming to a close my own folks decided to go there to give it a look see to know what my great grands have given me that is a separated issue from the rest of the family.

The very first morning me and my folks rode the car to go to the address where the shop is located. What we saw was a three story building which looks a bit modern with a feel of the old times.

Dad: "So this is what youre old mans, old man gave our kid strange for it to be so far where few houses are even up and less neighbors to booth look over there the next building or house is thirty or forty minutes to get there."

Mom: " I know Dear but what can we do it was given to derick specifically, even i'm stumped as to why (looks up and arpund slowly) why would they hand him this place so far off?"

Derick:"Mom Dad its alright theres got to be something here that was made specifically to me to not sell or get rid off. So why not take a look around this place and know what is around here."

Little did i know that was that was the start of my strange development that was this shop inherited.
