4 Bullies...

"Hey! Wake up! It's time for breakfast!" Ava exclaimed, "I heard that Charlotte and Melissa are here too…"

"Wait really? I don't want to deal with them today." Emma said in frustration.

"Who are Charlotte and Melissa? And why do you think so badly of them?" Lily asked.

"Well they are our middle school bullies, you should stay away from them unless you want to be bullied…" Amelia responded.

Lily remembered the martial arts her dad taught her, just in case of emergencies. She had responsibilities now, she couldn't depend on her parents.

"We are late for breakfast!" Amelia mentioned.

They rushed down the stairs like a cheetah trying to catch its prey, except this time they were the prey. Out of nowhere, a tall red-haired girl came in front of them and pushed Ava down the cold hard stairs then started laughing hysterically.

"What a little surprise, didn't think you would show up to the party. Is the baby gonna cry? Aw don't worry-" She was cut off by Lily

"Leave her alone, go pick on someone your own size," Lily stated.

"Ugh, let's go charlotte," Melissa said in urge.

"Hey, are you okay? Let's take you to the nurse."

"No no, it's ok, we should get going," Ava uttered.

"Are you sure? I don't mind." Lily asked

"Yes. Now let's go." Stated Ava.

They reached the momentous cafeteria. Lily gazed into the mammoth breakfast queues, and saw hundreds, maybe thousands of children, waiting to get their breakfast.

"Woah, I know the reception said there were hundreds of children here, but I didn't think she was telling the truth!" Lily said in shock.

"Just so you know, we only come here once a day," Emma spoke.

"Wait, why? Do you guys not have lunch and dinner?" Lily questioned.

"Well, it's hard to explain… For lunch, you eat your snacks that you brought from your old family. And dinner gets served to you in your dorm. I guess that's how it works." Amelia responded.

"Oh ok! Oh look, it's our turn to get our food!" Lily said in excitement. " I can't wait to see how the food tastes… It's pretty good, I like the sausages-"

"Give me that. Oops, I didn't mean to drop your food on the floor, haha." Melissa told Lily.

"That's it! Miss Lisa! Melissa purposely dropped my food on the dirty floor." Lily shouted

"Miss, I promise I didn't do it. I would never do that, she is lying…" Melissa cried. Fake tears filled her pleading eyes as the teacher yelled at Lily.

----

"Let's go on to the first activity, a nature hike! We will go into the forest where we will see the lake of Nihan and the ancient animals that live there. Make sure you stay with your group leaders as they have been instructed and they know where to go. If you do not, you will get punished and will not be allowed to attend the other activities. Do I make myself clear?" Mrs Isabella explained.

"Yes, miss!" They all replied.

"In that case then, let's get on with activity one! Get your backpacks ready and let's go!" Isabella exclaimed.

They all walked through the brightly lit forest. The leaves crunched beneath their feet. Animals were borrowed in their nests and birds sang their songs. Unexpectedly, the forest indulged into the darkness. She looked up to a full moon. Everyone had disappeared. The trees were clinging onto the blanket of darkness. The singing from the peaceful birds suddenly turned to screaming. There were weird creatures resting in the forest. She was warned by many people to not go deep into the forest or bad consequences would happen. Something came creeping up to her. It whispered

"Come deeper into the woods, we will give you everything you've dreamt of. Just come deeper into the forest. You'll be okay…." And that's when everything turned back to normal. Lily didn't think much of it. But the words still remained in her head.

"We have reached our destination children, take a look at the fishes in the lake, if you're lucky enough you might even see the frogs that croak deep in the lake." The teacher told them. "We will give you 10 minutes to tick the animals you see in the lake off the chart that the leaders are giving out now. Take a careful look at the animals and try to identify what the similarities they have to each other."

"Ok miss!" Charlotte exclaimed. A few minutes later Melissa and Charlotte purposely bumped into Emma. Covered in dirt and grime Emma spoke,

"Why would you do that?! The floor is revolting!"

"You're a right foul git." Charlotte blurted in front of Isabella, the teacher.

"Charlotte Anotonella Elise! How dare you say that to Emma. That is a 5 hour time out for you! And in those hours, I expect all the dorms to be spotless!" She declared in rage.

As she walked away Lily felt the presence of a powerful aura. It felt like they were trying to take control of her mind. As if they were forcing their soul into her body. Trying to fight against the horrific feeling, she collapsed to the ground. Screaming for help. The pain, she went through was frightful. She was dying. Her eyes turned pale. It was taking over her like a deadly disease. It was meaner than her inner demon. She was petrified. She didn't know what to do. It was bigger than her body. It was colder than the walls. She couldn't help the awful energy. She didn't know what and who was in control of her. The aura was too powerful. She started choking. It was tearing her to pieces. Skin to bone.

"Help me…" Lily whimpered weakly. She thought to herself if anyone could hear her. She felt as if she was underground. The air was getting humid. She was in a pitch-black room. The oxygen was fading away. She hoped one day she would get out of there. Even if it took her a day or a hundred years. Suddenly her world became brighter. She coughed and coughed till she realized, the room was covered in smoke…
