178 177. New Powers

Jon has arrived in Udon Prison, and he threaten 4 yakuza leaders for pointing their weapons at Luffy. After Luffy tell him to stop, Jon free the 4, and they got wary of him. He can catch them off guard, and bind them at fast speed. If he want, Jon can kill them instantly.

"Luffy, i've something to talk to you."-Jon

"What is it?"-Luffy

"That Beast, Kaido, leave him to me."-Jon

Luffy look at Jon that seem very angered by Kaido. Luffy also angry at Kaido for attacking his friends on Oden Castle some days ago. However, Jon is a lot angrier to Kaido than Luffy.

"Alright, i'll take care of Big Mom."-Luffy

"Thanks, and thanks for not asking why."-Jon

"I trust you, and you'll never hate someone without good reason."-Luffy

"Thanks. By the way, i have a technique that can injure both Big Mom & Kaido. Their skins are very tough, so an old man teach me about haki projection."-Jon

"Ooh, i also train that technique. This grandpa teach me about that."-Luffy

Jon them look at the wrinkly old man that introduce himself as Grandpa Hyo. Jon ask him about the haki projection, and it's the same as Hitetsu's teaching. Then he decide to train by sparring with Luffy, because it will make their progress faster.

"Alright, now let's leave this place before the Beasts Pirates realize something is amiss."-Jon

"Don't worry big brother, i've solved the problem."-Tama

"!? TAMA! What are you doing here? No wonder you were not in the village."-Jon

Jon pick Tama up and place her on his shoulder. Then he look around and see the Beasts pirates have been tamed by Tama's kibi dango. She use her kibi dangos when they're down because of the prisoners's revolt.

"Hoo, very smart, as i thought of a great kunoichi."-Jon

"Hehehe, you're praising me too much."-Tama embarassed

"Yes, you're certainly a great kunoichi."-Momo

"Thank you, Momo."-Tama

Jon got irked by Momo, and then he get away from there. He put Tama on the ground before talking to her seriously.

"Hear me Tama, as your big brother i only want the best for you. That's why i will tell you right now, don't get close to that pervert kid, Momo! He is a bad influence for you."-Jon

""SO RUDE!""-All

"Really?"-Tama

"Yeah, he is pervert, lecher, crybaby, and the worst part is he will be the shogun."-Jon

""IT'S WORSE THAN BEFORE.""-All

"Isn't being a shogun is a good thing?"-Tama

"No, that mean he will be more pervert, he'll use his position to chase womans."-Jon

After that, Jon keep separating Tama from Momo.

"Luffy, let's go to the village & train there."-Jon

"Alright, i also want to meet the others."-Luffy

They go to Amigasa village without the ex prisoners. They want to train in Udon & prepare theirselves. The yakuza leaders will take care of them, and they'll also go around the country to recruit more warriors.

The ones who leave to Amigasa are Jon, Luffy, Chopper, Tama, Momo, Kiku, Grandpa Hyo, Raizo, and surprisingly Caribou. The guy try to leave Big Mom's territory after Jon release him, but got captured by Beasts Pirates. They go to the village by riding a cart that pulled by Komachiyu.

"Your luck is really bad."-Jon

"E-ehehehe."-Caribou

"Well, since you're here, you will join us in the battle."-Jon

"EEEHHH?! I-I WILL JUST HINDER YOUR FIGHT. IT'S BETTER IF I JUST LEAVE."-Caribou

"Hmm? Don't you want to get Kaido's treasures?"-Jon

"Tha-that's... Nononono, i'll die before i get it."-Caribou

"Isn't that every pirate's risk? Imagine an Emperor's treasures, he must have many rare items with high value."-Jon

Jon persuade Caribou while using his genjutsu. He will make this guy help them in the battle. Even if he didn't know haki, but a logia power is still a strong addition. He just need to be careful of haki users.

Jon finally able to 'persuade' Caribou to follow the Straw Hat's command. The guy didn't realize that he is being hypnotized & manipulated. Jon has just brainwashing him in a short time.

"What a scary man."-Grandpa Hyo

"We still have 2 scarier girls in our ship."-Jon

"Is your crew really fine?"-Raizo sweatdrop

They arrive at Amigasa after 2 hours, and some people have gone. Franky, Usopp & the minks have gone to help Kin'emon repair some ships. Kin'emon has gain an old friend's help in this war, Ashura Doji, the mountain bandit leader. Ashura has saved many ships and even have Kaido's mansion blueprint.

Kin'emon then call everyone to discuss their strategy for the final battle. Nami also reveal that Yasuie had left a new message before. It's not needed anymore though, as Jon had saved Yasuie & the samurais, so they can just discuss it.

"Hmm, the new addition on the snake picture make it become a lizard. So we will gather at port Tokage, isn't that right Yasuie-sama?"-Kin'emon

"Eh? No, it means to cut the center kana (words) of snake. So the result will be wharf, and it means the wharf hidden near port Habu."-Yasuie

"S-so it's like that, as i thought of Yasuie-sama's puzzle, very clever to have 2 meanings at the same time. It will deceive the enemy to think of the wrong answer."-Kin'emon

"Aren't you also got it wrong?"-Raizo

"If we follow Kin'emon's answer, then we won't find our allies that got the right answer."-Jon

"What a terrible leader of samurais."-Sanji

Kin'emon can't even defend himself as they are right. They finally really start to discuss their strategy now. There's no difficult strategy, they will attack Onigashima at the night of Flower Festival.

"Jon-dono, did Orochi suspect anything from your action?"-Kin'emon

"Not yet, he seem to think that WG agents will really do what i said. Luckily he got ahead of himself with Kaido on his back. So he ask Kaido to capture the CP-0, and find Yasu. That crazy dragon really attack the CP-0 agents, and now send his mens to find Yasu."-Jon

"Isn't that dangerous? Beasts pirates might really find us with their sheer number."-Nami

"Don't worry, there are 3 agents that escaped, and they go to otger direction. The Beast Pirates are following their track, so we are safe."-Jon

"That's good, it will be troublesome if they try to search the warriors."-Kin'emon

They continue their strategy planning for some more time. After they finish it, Hitetsu suddenly come with a big box. He open it and reveal 2 katana with the same design but different colour.

"These are Oden-sama's swords that have been passed down to his children. This Ame no Habakiri have the power to cut the heaven. Then this Enma, have the power to cut hell. Ame no Habakiri is passed down for Momonosuke-sama."-Hitetsu

"N-no, i'm not worthy yet to held that sword."-Momo get scared

"Then i'll hold to it until you're ready. Enma is for Hiyori-sama, but now this Enma is yours."-Hitetsu

Hitetsu give Enma to Zoro, as Hiyori has give it to him in exchange for Shusui. That sword is very precious for Wano, and Moria or someone else must've stole it together with Ryouma's body. Now Hiyori want to take Shusui, but she give Zoro an exchange using her heritage.

Zoro accept the sword, but then a strange thing happen. His arm & sword suddenly covered in haki, then his arm muscle got wrinkled. The sword is drawing it's user's haki on it's own. This is also why only Oden can use it so far, and Momo is afraid to use the sword.

"DAMN, GIVE IT BACK!"-Zoro

Zoro force the sword to return his haki power forcefully. He succeed but it drain his stamina and he pant. This sword is really wild and it have it's own will, similar with a cursed sword.

Hitetsu ask Zoro to cut a tree with the sword. Zoro do as he asked, but rather than tree, he cut the whole cliff. Everyone got surprised by the sword's power, and Jon feel that this Enma is similar with his Inari, but he don't know what it is.

"Both swords are famed swords, and included in the 21 Great Grade Swords. It's really a coincidence that your Wado Ichimonji & Enma were made by the same person, Shimotsuki Kozaburo that have fled the country more than 50 years ago."-Hitetsu

"!? That old man again? So this is his other sword that became his masterpiece. No wonder i felt a familiarity with the sword."-Jon

"You talk like you've met him."-Zoro

"Well, i have, in fact he live in Shimotsuki Village. My Inari was also made by him."-Jon

"Huh?"-Zoro didn't know about Kozaburo at all

"No wonder the work on your sword also seem familiar to me."-Hitetsu

Jon then explain the matter about Kozaburo & his sword shortly. After he finished, Jon & Luffy go to train their new technique. They go to a secluded place inside the bamboo forest.

Jon & Luffy get into a stance and prepare their fists. They cover their fists with haki and grin before rushing at each other. They punch with their full power toward each other, and their punch meet.

*BOOOMMM*

Their punch create a Conqueror haki clash effect. Jon's fist didn't meet Luffy's directly, and have a small distance between them. They can project their haki to some degree, but they still feel that it's not what they search.

Jon & Luffy keep sparring by puncing at each other. Their strength is on par now, altough Jon use chakra enhancement. By pure basic physical strength, Luffy & Zoro are still stronger than Jon. However, Jon have many power hidden inside him that can overpower both of them.

'If i can raise my pure physical power, then i will be able to save my chakra or avoid using Kurama's chakra too much. As i thought, brawl with pure physical power is the way of men.'-Jon grin

"You seem excited."-Luffy grin

"You too, still very lively after sparring for some hours."-Jon still grinning

"Let's use everything in this one last attack!"-Luffy

Jon & Luffy put all their heart to their next attack. They don't hold back at all, even if they're friends, they intent to hurt each other. They know that they can receive the attack, they trust their friend's & their own toughness.

Jon & Luffy use everything they have in this punch. Their attack meet and a much stronger effect than before appear. Their punch meet, no it didn't meet at all. Their fists have some distance between them, and it create a powerful shockwave that alert everyone nearby.

"What's that?"-Nami

"Must be Luffy & Jon, just what technique that they learn to create something like this?"-Sanji

"I don't know, but it can be our key to win this battle."-Zoro

"They've done it, they've go past beyond projecting their ryuo."-Grandpa Hyo

The shockwave from their attack caused a strong wind. The strong wind make many bamboos & trees around them to fall. Jon & Luffy also seem to understand something from their last clash.

"This is..."-Luffy

"Conqueror Haki, we use it to coat our attack."-Jon

Jon & Luffy got excited at their progress to learn this technique. However, they know that Kaido & Big Mom can do it too. Those 2 are more experienced than them at using this technique. That's why they need to keep training it in these last few days.

Jon & Luffy decide to stop their sparring for now after looking at the destruction. They're tired too after sparring for some hours. They didn't get back and just fall & sleep there. They've used almost all of their haki, and it really drain their stamina.

Luffy & Jon wake up in the morning, and continue their training after eating. They keep doing their training until the raid day. The others also train & make preparation for the final battle.
