169 168. Leaving Totto Land

Jon is grinning at Sanji, but he know Sanji didn't remember anything. That's why Jon is happy for him, but also pity him. Pudding has kissed Sanji, but she erased his memory of it, poor guy.

Jon won't tell Sanji about it, as he know Pudding want to keep this as a secret. They were enemies, but Jon is not such a bastard that won't respect a woman's choice. Furthermore, he now feel that Pudding is a rather pitiful girl, so he will let her have this happy moment in her life.

'Wouldn't she be happier if she can be with this curly eyebrow?'-Kurama

'Who knows? Happiness is not something that can be decided by others. Someone can't decide other's happiness, you are the one who decide it.'-Jon

'Well, that's true.'-Kurama

'Altough i will make sure to save her when Big Mom pirate got destroyed by us after Beast Pirate's destruction.'-Jon

Jon know he is not strong enough now, but he will get stronger fast. If Big Mom is this strong, then Kaido must have similar power. He need to make sure that he can be stronger than any of them soon.

'Hey, Kurama.'-Jon

'What?'-Kurama

'When i get used to your chakra & can use all 9 tails trabsformation without getting hurt, i will get access to your full power right?'-Jon

'In a sense, yeah. Altough you will be limited by transformation time. You will need to adapt again to make your transformation time longer.'-Kurama

'Oh, then how long will my first tranformation time?'-Jon

'I don't know.'-Kurama

Kurama didn't know it, so Jon can only wait until he can do it. What he need to do now is hasten his adaptation with Kurama's chakra. To do that, he need to train his body to be tougher and can hold the violent chakra.

Most of the jinchurikis in Naruto have adapt with those chakra since they were born. So they have adapted to it even tough their body is not as tough as Jon. Jon need to raise his physical strength & toughness to match those years of adaptation.

'If i can come close to a tailed beast physical strength, then i will be able to hold that violent chakra.'-Jon

'Your thinking is a little unique. No one have ever attempted to reach my physical strength level.'-Kurama

'This world's law allow it, so why not try it? It will be interesting afterall.'-Jon

Jon think of these while waiting Luffy to get out from the Mirror World, and it didn't take long. Luffy come out from the mirror with Pekoms carrying him. Pekoms also carry the tied up Brulee so they can pass the mirror.

Luffy is very exhausted and have many injuries like Jon. However, Jon's injury is more of self inflict rather than from enemies. Jinchuriki mode make his body become very tough. So the enemies can't really hurt him, but he hurt himself.

"Wha-what happen here?"-Pekoms

"Someone is rampaging here, how're you Pekoms? You don't help Big Mom pirates?"-Sanji

"I will help you guys, to honor Big Brother Pedro's sacrifice."-Pekoms cry

"Huh? He's still alive though? I just met him on Sunny."-Sanji

"Eh?"-Pekoms

Pekoms blink his small eyes in disbelief, but he is happy. However, he has help the enemies, & Big Mom won't forgive him. So he decide to go back to his tribe with the Straw Hats. Brulee ask where her siblings and crewmates are, but Sanji just throw her to the mirror world again.

Sanji & Pekoms then bring Jon & Luffy to the coast. But Sunny is too far on the ocean, and Sanji can't fly there with 3 people. They placed Sunny far away from the island so they can run immediately if their pursuer catched up to them again.

Just when they didn't know what to do, the Vinsmokes come. Ichiji & Niji take Pekoms & Luffy fly toward Sunny. Sanji is surprised, but he also fly toward Sunny with his Geppo. But then Yonji & Reiju take him & Jon to fly faster, because Sanji's geppo is slower than their raid suit.

"It's very impressive that you can take them all singlehandedly, but the price seem to be high."-Reiju

"The price for power is always high, that's also applied to you guys right?"-Jon

Reiju didn't answer, and Jon didn't ask her to answer. They arrive on Sunny again, and Jon & Luffy is laying on the deck. Pekoms immediately get inside to check Pedro's condition. The Vinsmokes also leave after arguing with Sanji, and their ship also have come closer to Sunny.

When their ships sail next to each other, Judge ask something to Luffy. He ask why Luffy want Sanji despite Judge see many of Sanji's shortcomings like his kind heart. But Luffy mistake it as Judge praising Sanji's good traits.

"HAHAHAHA, old man, you need to broaden your view. What you see as a shortcoming, might be the source of power. If you just see things from one side, then you'll never know how the other sides see it. Everyone see things differently, like how 6 can be viewed as 9 from the other side."-Jon laugh

"What are you talking about?"-Judge

"Just think about it yourself! I'm not your dad that need to explain it to you. I hope you can understand it."-Jon

Soon, Daifuku's fleet come, with Smoothie's group on Daifuki's ships. They chase the Straw Hats with high speed. Germa decide to help Straw Hats flee by holding the chasing Big Mom pirates. They want to pay the debt when Straw Hats help them at Tea Party.

The Straw Hats move forward, but Perospero's fleet have come from their front. The Sun Pirates suddenly appear and attack the fleet. They want to help Jinbe start his new journey with Straw Hats.

The incoming fleets have been taken care of, but there's an incoming problem. Big Mom's main ship, Queen Mama Chanter has come. Now the Straw Hats are being surrounded from 3 directions.

The fleets start to shoot their cannons at Sunny. The Straw Hats can't defend so many attacks at once with Jon & Luffy injured and still can't move properly. But then, a big hand grab Sunny and pull them to the sea.

The Straw Hats are surprised to get drown, but then they feel the air again. However it's very dark now, and Jinbe say that they're inside Wadatsumi's mouth. He has saved them from the bombardment by Big Mom's fleets.

Wadatsumi bring them far from Totto Land so they can escape faster. They come out far from Big Mom's chasing fleets. Wadatsumi apologize to the Straw Hats for the problem he created in the past, and then he swim back to help Sun Pirates.

Jinbe look at Wadatsumi's leaving figure and toward the battle location. He seem to have a dilemma about something, but then he make a decision. Jinbe approach Luffy, and ask his permission to help the Sun Pirates.

"What are you saying Jinbe? We need to leave fast."-Luffy

"I know, but i can't let them sacrifice themselves alone."-Jinbe

"Don't forget Jinbe, now your captain is me! So make sure that you return alive!"-Luffy

"Understood, captain."-Jinbe

"Jinbe!"-Jon

"Yeah?"-Jinbe

"Take this!"-Jon

Jon throw 2 pouch with different sizes to Jinbe, it's filled with many chakra pills.

"Give them to your friends! They will replenish your energy. The big pouch pills will replenish 40% percent of your energy. The small pouch pills will make you can fight for 3 days without rest, but it will leave a lot of residue."-Jon

"Is it like that Energy Steroids that Hody used?"-Jinbe

"No, it will not make you stronger, just replenishing your stamina. Don't worry, it will not make you old like them. But i advise you to not use the small pouch except you are in a pinch situation."-Jon

"Alright, thanks a lot."-Jinbe

Jinbe store the pouch and he leave the ship. He swim to Totto Land again to help his friends. The Straw Hats also continue their sail to leave Big Mom's territory.

Some time later, they finally reach a very far distance from Totto Land. They hasten their sail with their dials. They have succeed to escape from Big Mom's territory and retrieve Sanji.

Sanji then cook a lot of food for them, and they all eat it with gutso. Jon & Nami's foods are decent, but Sanji's cooking is really the best. They all can eat it until their body bloat up, literally.

Jon & Luffy eat a lot like usual, and Sanji is the only cook that can keep up with them. Jon keep using his Seimei Kikan to digest the foods and turn them into energy. When he finish his meal, he has full chakra again, and his healing become faster.

"Oi Jon, yesterday you said that i have choice but never consider it, what do you mean by it?"-Sanji

"You know who's Luffy's dad right? And you should know where Robin & i train. You also know that RA have bases on every sea, including East Blue. Hell, you even train with Iva, a RA Commander."-Jon

"!? You want me to ask for their help?"-Sanji

"Why not? There's nothing wrong by asking a friend's help, that's how friends should be right? Helping each other."-Jon

Sanji look down and scratch the back of his head. Jon leave Sanji on his own and go to the crow's nest. Sanji need to think about this problem himself.

Jon now meditate and he try to gather nature chakra. It take some minutes before red marking appear on his face. It looks like Hashirama's sage mode marking, and his sharingan have become yellow. Now his healing become very fast, and he got healed completely in a minute.

Jon didn't use it earlier because his time limit for Senjutsu is lower than Jinchuriki mode. He didn't know if he can defeat those guys fast enough before he run out of chakra. He will jot gamble such a thing in important situation like that when he have another choice.

"It still take a long time for me to gather nature chakra. I want to constantly absorbing nature chakra while fighting like Hashirama. I won't need to move when i use susanoo, but my absorption speed is still too low."-Jon

'Oi kid, this is nature chakra, not your own chakra. Of course it takes some time to absorb it. Your absorption speed is already fast for a human, don't be ungrateful."-Kurama

"But i can't use it effectively when i'm in a battle if it takes too long to aborb."-Jon

'Then use a clone to gather it.'-Kurama

"A clone have limited absorption capacity, and it also takes time to prepare. If only i can store nature chakra to be use everytime."-Jon

'Nature chakra can't be held in a person's body for too long. You're not a tailed beast that made of it, so you can't store it for long period.'-Kurama

"Sigh, i know, but it will be great if-!? Wait! Can't i do that?"-Jon have a great but not so sure idea

'What is it?'-Kurama

"Can't store it in my Yin Seal?"-Jon rub his chin

'Oioioi, is that even possible? It's the first time i know someone think of that.'-Kurama

"Heeh, my imagination is beyond anyone in your old world."-Jon's nose got longer

'Sure.'-Kurama is not surprised by this anymore

Jon immediately try this by emptying his Yin Seal first. He empty the chakra in the seal by trying to make jutsus without any hand seals. It take much higher chakra than when he use hand seals, but it increase his understanding of those jutsus. Jon often train like this when he is free & bored.

Jon empty his Yin Seal after an hour of continuous jutsu usage. He still make sure that his own chakra is full though. The seal mark on his forehead also disappeared because it's empty.

"It's time."-Jon

'Hey, are you sure about this? If it fail-'-Kurama

"Don't be pesimistic, i will cancel it if something go wrong."-Jon

Jon meditate again on top of the crow's nest to feel the nature better. The night breeze and sound of waves always make him calm and raise his concentration. Jon start to absorb the nature chakra, and some minutes later, the red markings appear.

Jon try to flow the nature chakra to his Yin Seal slowly. The nature chakra start to fill the seal, and Jon is excited. However, when the seal filled to 20%, the nature chakra start to get chaotic. Jon didn't have another choice but to disperse it.

"Phew, it's difficult."-Jon get more excited instead of discouraged
