1 1. Chance to have a New Life
Jono is just an ordinary guy with ordinary life. But sadly he died because of pandemic. Why he knew that he died? Well, that's because he is currently seeing his body being burried by his family.
His soul just wander around his body after he died, he can't leave his body more than 50 meters radius. He saw his parents and siblings crying. He want to say that he is fine but he knew they can't see him. So he just stay there quietly, because he know that this is his last chance to see them.
Then after his burrial, when everyone leave the place, he feel his soul being pulled by a strong force. He know that his time to leave has come so he just let the force pull him. Then he saw it, a white room with nothing in it except an office desk and a chair in front of it. On the table there's a tag with "ANGEL #33672" word on it. Behind the table, a man that wearing a white robe sitting and looking at him while holding a book.
"Sit please" he said.
Then Jono sit on the chair without saying a word. He just keep looking at the man, no, the angel, male angel. He knew that this angel will decide where he'll go now, hell or heaven.
" Jono Mulyo, 22 y.o, died because of COVID-19. No good carmic point left after being deduct by your bad carmic. Didn't have a good impact in society, but not evil either. Basically the extra mob character. Hmm, this is difficult, at least some people have a little good or bad point left so their next destination could be decided."-the angel pondering for a bit.
The angel seems to be the judge of dead people's soul to decide their next destination. Jono can guess where are those destination, he think it's either hell or heaven based on what the angel said about good or bad carmic point. But he doesn't have any point left, so he's not sure anymore.
'So, i don't have carmic point left. Wait, he will not erase my existence right?'-now he's scared.
"Hmm? No, i will not erase your existence, don't worry."-Angel.
"Really? Fyuuh, that's a relief....Wait, did you hear my thought?"-Jono
"Of course, we angels of underworld under The GOD of death can hear your thoughts so we can judge you properly. Anyway, because you lack point i will send you to The GOD of reincarnation directly. Usually people will 'enjoy' hell or heaven for some period based on their carmic point before reincarnated. Hopefully you can get enough point to go to hell or heaven next time before being reincarnated. But because you have zero point, it will be difficult to decide your starting point. Suddenly a portal appear behind Jono's chair, he feels the portal pulls him along with the chair. Then he saw a middle aged man laying on a sofa seemingly bored.
"Oh, there's someone that being sent directly to me, not to my subordinates."-Man
Suddenly, a paper appear out of nowhere on the table in front of the man. He pick it up and read it, suddenly he laugh.
"HAHAHAHAHA, you don't have a point at all, so the angel can't decide your destination and he send you here. HAHAHAHA. It's really a rare case to have someone like you. You can't even enjoy a little of heaven's water & air. Well, at least you're not suffering in hell."-the man laugh, seemingly amused by Jono's situation.
"Umm, who are you...Sir?"-Jono asked.
"Oh, me? I'm the GOD of reincarnation. I reincarnated people after they spend their point in heaven or hell. Usually it's my angel subordinate's jobs, but your condition is a unique one. Well, at least you make my boredom gone a bit."-GOD
"Oh, so, am i gonna be reincarnated directly?"-Jono
"Yeah, usually i will send you to earth again or some world out there. But you make me laugh a bit so at least i will make you choose the world to reincarna...Wait, do you know One Piece?"-GOD
"Eh? Yes i know. Why is it?"-Jono got confused

Jono want to reject, but he give some wishes as baits. Now Jono is in dilemma, on one hand he doesn't wanna go to a power based world, on the other hand he really wanna go on adventure in One Piece world. Not only that, he will get some wishes too.
"What is it that you want me to get in there? How many wish will you give me? And can i wish for other people?"-Jono
"I want you to get a devil fruit, Mythical Zoan Inu-Inu no Mi: Model Kyuubi no Kitsune, the reason, well i'll tell you after you get it. I will give you 3 wish, well i'll allow you choose your appearance as a bonus. And yeah, you can wish for other people, but are you sure?"-GOD
"Yeah i'm sure. But how will i get that fruit, i remember someone already eat it, a woman from Blackbeard crew"-Jono
"Don't worry, when you find her, i will give you something to get that fruit. Now say your wish."-GOD
"Alright, here's my wish:
1. I want my family have a very good life, especially economically coz we're rather poor
2. I want to be a shinobi based on madara after getting rinnegan. That means his high chakra reserve, his nature change affinity, and Hashirama's cells.
3. I want a system, but only as a support, i don't wanna be a game character."-Jono
"Hmm, alright. I will make your parents' business bloom, and give your siblings scholarships and good jobs. Second, i can grant you the affinity but you'll start with 2 affinities and your chakra can be even higher than Madara or Hashirama but you need to train hard to reach it. Hmm, i will give you sharingan with 1 tomoe as a start and you can upgrade it to be rinnegan later. Also, i will send you 2 years before the canon start so you can train first. "Eh?! But wouldn't it make my mission become more difficu-...!!Ah, you want me to relief your boredom again right?"-Jono
"Hahahaha, of course. Watching someone that already know what will happen is boring. NOW GO!!"- GOD
Then a portal appear behind him, again. After being sucked by the portal, Jono feels like he turn into a comet, travelling through stars, or maybe worlds. It's really a majestic sight.

Blue screen suddenly appear in front of Jono.
'What? Oh right, it must be the legendary system interface."-Jono thought
