Prologue

The Shattering Swarm is a mutated fungi's that came to life makes it self from meat of other animal species on there planet. Their planet is called Cagaster X. The only other intelligent species is Elix's.

The Swarm doesn't need food only water to live. they can only grow in population by making more with meat. The fungi is the brain while the meat is the way they walk.

They are small creature that look like squid. the reason being this is for max population. They never need to defend themself. They use anything if the animal they killed had spike they would us them. The more powerful the animal they kill the more powerful they get.

Elix's live on the surface of the planet while the Swarm lives in the caves so the swarm is undetected for now.
