The Shadow's Dawn

What if I told you there's a place like no other, where magic and mythical beasts are the norm. A place where you and anyone else can become powerful and wise. This is certainly not your world but it was mine. My world has been torn apart by wars and power hungry mages trying to grasp for power. My world used to be full of people trying to make it better for everyone around them. They would share their discoveries and work together to build a better and brighter future. We had many bright and prosperous cities. They were full of life and people learning new things. But that all changed when The Traxxas came into power. They decided that only certain people were allowed to use magic. They started many wars and killed many people. The last war “Magic’s Shadow” destroyed all of our greatest cities. Our world is nothing but a remnant, a lost memory. All of this history is lost to the world. There are no longer mages or great wizards of the past. People have made their homes among the ruins of our once great civilization. The once great and all powerful mythical beasts have become nothing more than monsters out for blood. The mages were replaced by dark magic users know as Jrax. Everyone is now out there for themselves. Now you're probably wondering who am, I  go by Vex. All you need to know is I'm a sword wielding, badass bounty hunter.
