Her request was a forge, intended as a test of sorts for her to craft something.
With this she will be able to train her skills, but naturally she will have a restriction.

No matter how resistant it is, eventually it will bend!

Without hesitation Adriana decided to end the scenario here, she won't waste time or getting annoyed with NPCs, even if she can get some Rare item, it doesn't matter, she got what she wanted.
