She stopped pacing and turned to glare at him. “Then I won’t be your wife.” She took off her wedding ring and set it down on the nightstand. “Can I go now?!” She was becoming so mad she couldn’t handle it.

He gasped in utter shock as she took of her ring. If he’d ever think about taking off those wedding rings, he’d never expect her to be the one who took it off. He swallowed all his emotions and unlocked the door. “Very well, then. Go.” He walked to the front door and unlock it too. His concerns actually turned out to be extremely true. “At least I’m glad that this hasn’t reach my parents.”
